they were overbooked and I was worried about them actually having a car. some people were out luck but I got lucky and got one. would have been terrible if I didnt have a car for this tripCons:

I couldn't get help. I was told the car was rented from a location 40 miles away and not the airport. I took a cab there ($75) and the location was closed.Cons:

Overall I was very satisfied with the rental process picking up and dropping off. I have only rented a car a few times in my life and This experience was very positive. I was referred by a friend who uses kayak.com for all of his rentals and I am very happy thank you very muchCons:

I CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!! When I ask for airport locations THAT IS WHAT I WANT!!!!!!! NOT SOME LOCATION/PICKUP POINT 3 OR 4 MILES AWAY!!!!!!! YOUR SERVICE AND SITE NEEDS TO IMPROVE!!!!!!! THIS BAIT AND SWITCH SITE OF YOURS NEEDS HELP AND YOU NEED TO CORRECT YOUR LISTINGS! FACEBOOK IS A WONDERFUL MEDIA TO LET THE REST OF YOUR CLIENTS KNOW OF THIS TOTALLY UNSAT EXPERIENCES!! HERE IS ONE CUSTOMER YOU WILL NOT SEE AGAIN UNLESS I ACCIDENTALLY/STUPIDLY GET ON YOUR SITE!!!! THE SITES YOU LINK TO MAY BE AT FAULT, BUT YOUR SITE IS ULTIMATELY AT FAULT! We rented in Tucson, and little did we know there are two locations, and one is NOT at the airport. There was no attempt made to help or correct the situation, and we ended up using a different company. After 13 hours of travel with 2 kids under 3, you would have thought an apology and a little more help could have been provided.2.0 Poor
