People were nice. First car had broken mirror so had to register for second car. That had a broken headrest (and, we later discovered, no windshield washer fluid). They were not willing to comp us part of the rental, just off a discount on our next rental at their location (which would have expired by the next time we would be likely to get to Tucson

Drop off really easy and no hard sell on insurance - Really enjoyable process!

Cons:

Nothing - it was easy, efficient and I'll use Enterprise from here on out!

The car (VW Taos) was fairly comfortable to ride on the interstate and city, space and adequate gas mileage. Multiple warnings of oil level being too high became concerning but I was too do anything about it. Check in and check out process was normal.

I had to travel 30 miles to pick up the car. After the $65 cab ride, I got to the Hertz counter to find they close at 2. I then had to travel another 10 miles to a different Hertz. The car was smaller than the SUV I expected and they could do nothing about it. Returning the car was also a total hassle.

I just rented a cargo van so I wasn't expecting too much but they did not clean the vehicle at all before renting it to me. I had to sweep out the back before I could use it and there was fried chicken crumbs on the front seats and floor. Otherwise, check-in and out was fast and easy.

they were overbooked and I was worried about them actually having a car. some people were out luck but I got lucky and got one. would have been terrible if I didnt have a car for this trip

I couldn't get help. I was told the car was rented from a location 40 miles away and not the airport. I took a cab there ($75) and the location was closed.
