It was not the car we expected. Was supposed to have Chevy Equinox and was given a Jeep Compass. The comfort level was okay, but several features in the car did not function as they should have. It was just an okay experience.7.6 Good

Admin error on their part prevented renting the vehicle. I left after 3 hours, with no resolution. I will never ise Enterprise again.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The day I went to pick up my rental SUV, their system was down and they did not have a 4 wheel drive like I requested. the upgraded me with out any questions asked. They didn't charge me extra either. Great pick up and drop off service. The vehicle was great. Clean and well taken care of.Budget

I liked the car (Buick Regal). It was clean. The staff answered my questions and offered advice about getting to my destination that was beyond the rental experience. There was no waiting and the car was in immediate proximity to the rental desk.5.6 Fair
