Comfortable, clean room. Well-maintained breakfast. Friendly staff (they thought ahead to printout directions to July 4 fireworks). Great location for day trips to both sides of the river.
The service from the staff during my check in was good. I had a problem with the first room I checked in that smelled of smoke and the second room had a plumbing problem and there was noone on site to fix it. I had to fix it myself, therefore I feel I should be compensated. It was a nasty job and it was late in the evening on my return to the hotel.
My family will not be staying at this hotel again. For Father's Day my siblings and I went in on a 2 night stay as a gift to Dad. I live in CA so I asked the hotel if I should purchase the gift cards online or if I could simply use my credit card directly through them to pay for the 2 nights. I was told it would be easier to simply use my credit card. The clerk took all of my information and told me the estimated amount that would be charged. When my parents checked in they were told the room had not been paid for nor was there a card on file to be used. When my parents informed me of this I tried calling the hotel. The first clerk I called had no authority to do anything and I was told to call back the next day to speak with the front desk manager. I called the next day and she was of no help either, she wanted me to email my credit card number to her authorizing the charge. Online security is obviously not a priority for them. Needless to say I did not email her my card #. I can pay online at their website without anyone seeing my card but they can't take my card over the phone? I understand there must be policies in place but when the hotel is the one that made the mistake they should be the one to make it right. I asked to talk to someone who could address the issue and was told I could talk to the General Manager. I left 2 messages on his voice mail with no return call, not a big surprise. I would have never send my parents to a hotel where they had to pay for their own gift. Since the General Manager does not care about customer service we, nor anyone we know, will ever be staying at this hotel again. Perhaps La Quinta Corp has a customer service class this facility can attend.
Rooms were nice and beds were comfy, very nice breakfast!
The motel itself was very well kept. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The only real complaint was the mattress. It was without a doubt the worst I have EVER slept on. It was lumpy, mushy and the upper part of the mattress was so sunken that it made our feet higher than our heads. There were also, 3 pillows for 2 people. When we checked out, they did say they would have the mattress replaced, so that was a good thing.
I found this to be an extremely pleasant place....didn't know they allow pets there or I might have brought mine. Everything was extremely nice for the price, but I have to commend the staff. Everyone I came into contact with was exceptionally nice.
Everything was great except the beds. We had a room with two queen beds. Both beds were lumpy. Other than the beds it was a good value. I have gotten alot less for alot more money. Located close to many resturants
Hotel was adaquate...staff was friendly, room was clean, but this is not a 3 star hotel. 2 1/2 at best.
Great hotel, very clean, good breakfast. Located close to several restaurants and convenient to the freeway but off the main drag. Stayed here 3 different times and very satisfied each time.
I stayed here for a night on November 14, I thought it was a nice place, especially for the money. Very clean and safe. The front entrance is locked after 10 p.m. or so, and you need a room key to get back in. I would definatly stay here again. Only word of advice, if you don't want to be woken up at 7 in the morning by the cleaning staff knocking on your door, put the ''do not disturb'' sign on your door. They kept coming back every 30-40 minutes to try to clean.
Great room at a great price! Breakfast choices provided many excellent selections!
This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. Very clean and quiet and hotel staff is friendly. Rooms are a decent size and well kept. Very convenient to the highway. Michelle, Broken Arrow, OK
Large rooms, newly remodeled, professional staff, very clean. My wife and and stayed four nights with our 11 month old. Plenty of room for all our bags and a pack-n-play. Only cons: -our bed was not comfortable to us; it was very soft, we prefer a harder mattress. -night clerk gave us wrong directions. -hotel has cribs advertised, but does not have them available.
I had a room with a queen bed and a sofa for my son and myself. What's the point of having a pull-out sofa bed if there is no linen to go on the bed? Wake up to make a pot of coffee in the room only to find that the coffee pot had coffee remaining in the pot from who knows when. All for the low, low price of $* per night (tax included). \n \nOn the positive, the breakfast bar had a wide variety of foods and tasted good.
