A family friendly spa
A little dated
The welcome on arrival, the kitchenette in our room, the splendid balcony overlooking the valley below, the relaxed atmosphere throughout and of course the baths. We appreciated that we could still have breakfast up to 10am if we wished, My husband and I spent two glorious days at the hotel away from everything and look forward to the next time.
An upgrade of the TV would be nice(eg flat screen on the wall) as well as more comfortable armchairs in the room.
The view was amazing and very conveinent for skiing. We would love to return in the summer to enjoy the other sporting events available there. This hotel is very family friendly for all ages, not just older children. There were many age groups walking and playing throughout the hotel and all seemed to be happy with the amenities.
Not much English language spoken and had to ask for instructions on how to use laundry facilities.
Wonderful place. Very convenient to be near the thermal baths; overall very relaxing experience. Well-equipped kitchen and practical room, though not particularly comfortable.
Breakfast was extremely crowded; we had a hard time even to find a table. Mattress in the room was hard and uncomfortable, which seems paradoxical for a health/relaxation-oriented hotel. Price seemed excessive.
