Very comfy super nice staff
They were caring and accommodated our needs. The hotel had free laundry services just bring your own detergent! Hotel smelled clean and was very clean! It was in a central location! Excellent choice!
The location was convenient
The staff messed up my booking, and when I told 3 people the correct days, I still received housekeeping banging on my door, asking when I planned on checking out. The staff all looked up-kept and didn't seem to understand what was going on.
Late check in, clean, affordable, and the rooms are a good size.
Other customers smoking in non smoking rooms. Hall smelled :(
The bed was comfortable.
It was old, furniture falling apart.Had a musty smell.
Set up was nice
No towels, called front desk waited ten minutes then went down and got them myself ,didn't like the price difference in reservation and invoice total you charged a higher rate then the final bill they gave me and your charge on my card was 14.00 higher
The hotel was much better than I expected. Most of the staff was exceptional, one young woman was not very helpful. Free laundry facilities was great, although it could have been kept cleaner.
No pool. Even though we knew that when we booked. Still missed pool/hot tub.
So many amenities in the room, very nice and very clean. Staff went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. I would reccommend this hotel as a five star in my opinion.
Nothing i did not like
The desk clerk had her three small children at the desk, coloring and playing. One of them, maybe 7 years old, offered to help me check in. Walls were extremely thin, normal conversations could be heard from next room. Doors would not latch when closed.
It was quite, after being on the road, it was nice to be in a hotel where you didn't hear people beside you and above you.
We really enjoyed having a kitchen available to us. We were able to eat in and have family come visit us at the hotel rather than having to eat out for all of our meals and be on the go.
The location, set back off the highway a bit made it somewhat difficult to find. Once we arrived, the young girl who was suppose to be at the desk was outside pinned up aganst a pickup by a young man pressing up against her right in front of the hotel. I could say they were just talking but that would be me just trying to be polite and even if they were not. We walked by them heading to the desk and I was shocked as she remained outside with this man pressed up against her an additional 6 to 9 minutes before she decided to come in to check us in. This was appauling! To be made to wait while she worked on her dating skills, while this young woman (won't say lady) ignored our presence in order to put on an 'R' rated show in front of the hotel, which should be left to the privacy of ones home. We were suppose to stay for three nights, but that being our expectation of service, we checked out the next morning and went over to the Hampton. When the so called manager responded to our concern, she said it was a TRAINING issue and that based on the high number of employees she employees at this small 65 or so room motel , she is not sure who the front desk employee in question is. I have asked for the owner or President of the companies name and number and guess what, no response. myself, my family, my friends have agreed, this is not the place to stay.
Sheets were so thin you could see through them! Never have we experienced this in a hotel. Bed very uncomfortable, the cushioned mattress pad did nothing for the worn out mattress. Our first non-smoking room smelled of smoke. This place needs a major updating/deep cleaning. Pretty sad. My husband said never again. He has used this hotel quite a bit for work travel in the past.
This facility was clean and seems well kept. I like the amenities such as the full size refrigerator and the kitchen sink. The A/C system worked well and the people were extremely nice and helpful. I would most definitely go back to the Candlewood Suites of Owasso.
We had a great time. The front Desk was VERY friendly and helpful. The Hotel was in great shape. We will definatly stay here again. We have a new Tulsa favorite hotel. The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. We enjoy hotels with noon check out times too! Only thing, there was no ice machine, but had a fridge in our room that had an ice maker - so it was a wash! It is close to a variety of things too - Lowes, Wal-mart and a lot of places to eat.
Very nice hotel, looks brand new. Nice beds and 32' flat panel TV in my room, great picture, lots of channels.
