The staff was very polite and very friendly.
Room was excellent and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.
Location, cleanliness, the room had modern updated furniture, included buffet in deal.
The personnel were great.
The toilet seat was broken. I didn't know it until 2 a.m. and almost broke neck. Worse, I woke my husband.
It was nice and I plan on staying again.
Wished I could stay longer...
Entire staff that we came in contact with was extremely accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was much more than we anticipated. Never had Wait staff at breakfast in an 'average' hotel before. Would rate our entire experience as excellent.
Difficult to drive into. Entrance off street not well marked at night.
Nice room for the night and warm breakfast. With a little more effort this hotel could edge closer to becoming a 3 star establishment.
My wife pointed out some cleaning inadequesies, and no ice. Our front desk agent should clearly have been home in bed recovering from illness rather than checking us in.
Great location. Close to many restaurants & shopping centers. Very pleasant front desk attendants.
The rug in the room was stained/dirty. Dated A/C. Stained bathtub. Handle in tub was loose.
The pool is small but it is located next to a restaurant that serves incredibly delicious food. Eating breakfast/lunch and dinner poolside was worth the cost of the stay/
The rooms themselves need to be updated. The bathroom was old. I would not sit in the tub. There was rust on the curtain rods..
The room, the staff.
Carpet in rooms need cleaning, otherwise really good!
They spray rooms with smelly spray and it doesn't leave
Room was clean
It was no where near a 3 star hotel! SMALL, lobby dark and old and smelled like mildew. No hot water. It overall wasn't bad but NOT 3 star as promised.
Our AC unit gurgled like a waterfall or flood like sounds all night. Did not sleep at all.
Front desk staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was great!
The first nite I was put in a 1st floor room by the unlocked back door. The room was all ceramic tile and echoed every noise. As a woman travelling alone I felt very unsafe. Front desk said hotel was full, moved me for the 2nd nite to the 3rd floor.
This was NOT a 3 star hotel. The room was not clean- the carpet was sticky. The bathroom fan was so loud it was VERY annoying and it was on the same switch as the light so you had to use it. No closet. Over all the appearence was shappy.
This is not a 3 star hotel
Entire floor was ceramic tileVery cold to walk on
The staff was amazing.
staff members who worked with me to solve some issues...
BEWARE of being assigned a 'PET FRIENDLY' room.... i was put in a room that smelled of WET DOG and DIRTY SOCKS.... the hotel said it was fully booked and so they did not honor the requests i made one month in advance. The smell was so bad it woke me
We liked the location doing business In Vero for the art show was great. And the breakfast spread was very good although the person taking care of it was lack luster:( both times I came to breakfast he didn't even look at me much less welcome us!
Wasn't greeted in a positive manner. Walked up and was asked, 'what's your name'? Really how about welcome to the best western, etc. he was a trainee but there was another employee checking in someone else that also didn't look too pleased:( got more but
Smell, 3 cop cars in middle of day, parking, cleanliness
Location was good. Room was pretty good.
The cleaning staff was pretty bad. The grounds were small and so was the pool.
Thin walls, a/c unit took to long to cool off, hotel did not meet star rating
Its was clean
I didnt like the bed was hard and the floor was tile. I didnt get a goodnight sleep at all.
The room was updated with what appeared to be new carpet, paint, and updated furniture/fixtures.
The bathroom was not very nice. It was clean with an updated vanity but could have used more updating. They updated the room but seemed to stop in the bathroom. Also the sound in the television was broken.
The pool was amazing and the staff very friendly.
It's a big place with lots of buildings that are in need of updating.
Very little water pressure in the shower. Silver came out of the iron when turned on and there were a few on the night tables. I know it's Florida but still... Additionally, the mattress was old and not the most comfortable.
The hotel room itself was nice, clean, and there was a nice television with plenty of channels.
The walls were very dirty in the common areas and it smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallways and lobby areas. There also wasn't much convenient parking. Also, the overnight staff wasn't pleasant at all. He obviously didn't want to work that night.
There was cockroach and the staff sw not nice
Location, front desk staff, pool, fitness room
Breakfast, fitness room hours, pool hours
People.. room decor and cleanliness
Computer system wasn't working correctly.. programs did not function well and printer was not usable as the print queue was filled with non printed jobs... spoke to the management about that and they fixed it the next morning
I loved the new furniture. The breakfast was great too.
The room was small and had a stale smell.
Ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. All staff we dealt with during our stay was generally very friendly and accommodating. Hotel overall was clean and well kept. Breakfast was also good.
Room was very small... AND my laptop was stolen from my room
The Staff - Cardell was extremely pleasent consider the hotel had a small fire that delayed my ability to check in when I arrived.
It was pretty.
My room had live roaches crawling in it and mold/mildew ALL in the bathroom. I have pictures bc I plan on notifying others.
One aspect was particularly disturbing: the presence of local intoxicated (drunk)individuals in the lobby area.
