The access to sea, the spa facilities, and the rooms are spectacular
Information about diving/snorkeling was lacking. Training was cancelled without notification and no urgency to reschedule.
The layout of the pool area and gardens were very appealing. This was further enhanced by the hotel's overall design and finishings , which in my mind were 5 star , and way above any others I had reviewed in this category .
Pool should be heated during winter months , especially the area adjacent to the pool bar. This would give the hotel additonal revenue as this facility would be used far more than it was during my visit in November. Also the hotel lacked lifts, as in some wings there was none , leading to long walks or having to use stairs.
Location, room view and employees.
After payment and checkout, we where in the room picking the luggage when an employee came in to check the mini bar. The hotel wanted to confirm that what we declared when we checked out, regarding mini-bar consumption, was true. It was a very unpleasant and not polite attitude.
The buffet breakfast spread was superb. The variety offered was the largest of its kind. The hotel's private beach cove was particularly nice. The hotel's unique design was appealing.
More efficient service could be had when it came to taking the guest to their rooms and when after having requested for a double bed, having had to make several calls within an hour to have the housekeeping come to make the bed. Too long of a wait was involved.
everything, you can spend the entire stay in the hotel and not get bored, has many facilities and its staff is really professional
took them some time to check us in
Peace, tranquility, friendly efficient staff, well maintained hotel. Although the hotel was busy there was enough space in the grounds to feel as if you were away from it all.
Food and drink over priced.
were staying there for the 3rd time. Love it. one of the best hotels in Cyprus. Luxuty. stilish. comfortable
Busy breakfast room, waiting on arrival (usual thing)
The pool was good.
The spa was below average. No internet at the rooms
Hotel is situated at the shore. Can enjoy both the beach and the pool. Fair selection of food. Close to outside restaurants.
No internet from the room. Bed sheet was uncomfortable. We prefer quilt rather than tightened sheet.
Lovely position, good security
Lack of air con in common areas and lifts pool staff very polite but lack of communication and poor command of english and very slow service did not get the sea view rooms that we originally booked and night receptionist had a bad attitude
