Hotel fairly newroom clean beds comfortableAC cold
This hotel was exactly what we had asked for & met our needs totally. We went there for our Grandson's boat race & the location was great. They had an excellent breakfast !!
Staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and quiet.
Public computers in the business room were slow due to perhaps adware. I suggest that they be upgraded or at the very least, that they get a thorough cleaning of unwanted programs regularly.
Hotel was clean. As is a no pet/no smoking environment, there were no unpleasant odors. We were grateful to be given a 1st floor room per requested, as we were staying several nights.
After driving over 5 hours and arriving tired and bedraggled, it would have been nice to be greeted with a welcoming smile at the front desk. Not a big thing to fuss about, but it must have made an impression if I can still recall the occurrence.
Pool chemicals were way too strong. Something in room caused a horrible reaction: respiratory. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we could not breath.
The Manager on duty upon our arrival and checkout was outstanding. She made our trip perfect by making sure the rooms met our expectations. She was courteous and helpful concerning local areas we wanted to visit.
Everything about this location was just fine.
We liked everything about the hotel. The staff was great and so was the room.
very nice and clean; breakfast included
when trying to check out; the attendant seemed to have disappeared? he left note at desk that he'd be right back. I along with other customers waited about 15 min and no one showed so we just left.
Very clean, nice beds, good breakfast, friendly staff, on the loop, easy to find.
they took my credit card info to charge my card $10 for insurance and the lady at the desk said it would credited back to my account but I was still charged and all vending machines was sold out had to go all the way to the front desk
Average not worth what they charge Charged my card $10 they still can't tell me what for
Staff very accommodating and friendly. Very clean and nice furnishings. Newer hotel and very well kept. My kids loved it!!
I was awarded a king room and was hopeful the hotel would be able to swap to a 2 double bed room, however they claimed they didn't have any available since I booked through a 3rd party site. Hot breakfast not very tasty.
The staff was extra friendly and very attentive. The rooms were very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! I slept like I was at home!
We enjoyed our stay here. They need to get better breakfast food some of the food was to tough to eat or hard like a brick . Then indoor pool is great my grandson loved it.
I stayed at the brand new Holiday Inn Express and Suites while in town for business on accident. I didn't even know they had opened, and was on my way to a different hotel in fact. This is a brand new facility where I found a friendly staff, spacious room, great hot breakfast (which the company was happy to find out was free....). What more could you need while at a hotel? I plan on making it my choice for hotel everytime I am in the area!
