Staff courteous helpful. Was well received even at odd hours. Very convenient Segur metro next door. Good daily breakfast although on weekends the fresh bread arrives late only after 7.30 am.
Only one issue - the room safe did not work and was not fixed during my four night stay despite my reporting it the first day. This obliged me to carry my valuables at all times, quite an inconvenience and risk. Kindly ask them as Kayak and Trip Advisor always to check functioning of room safes as they are important. The bathroom on occasion exuded an inexplicable odor and the toilet seat was scratched.
Reception lady was good
Eleveter needs to be improved
Closeness to unesco where we had the meetings
Overall too expensive for the services and environment provided. While staff were kind and tried to be helpful there was only one at a time. No help with luggage Breakfast too expensive and limited. Facilities poor and internet and connectivity very poor
Cleaning staff enter the room without knocking (twice!)
The best for my wife and be were very good information when vi asked about the metroesystem, museums and locations exsample as Montremarte.
Not at all!
The hotel was very small, but charming. The hotel staff was for the most part friendly, except for at check-out. At check-out I got lectured at with the receptionist telling me that I got a great rate on the room and breakfast and that I was late in checking out and TWO people were waiting to get into the room. Not a friendly checkout!
Yes. I was told on our first day of our stay that breakfast was included with the price of the room. After two days I learned that it was not and that it was 13 Euro per person. That worked out to be about $60 for breakfast each day. Had I known that, I would not have had breakfast at the hotel. I asked them on check-out to refund one of those days, which they ultimately did, but not without a lot of fretting and "humphing" over it! They also did not have an apartment for us (two rooms that connect) when we checked in, which we reserved. Had to have two separate rooms the first night, which was a bit smaller. On checkout the front desk man was not happy about refunding the breakfast so chided me repeatedly.
Nice welcome, welcoming staff
Very small room with old television set, very old bathroom, no power shower, etc... and yet 3 stars???????
I like small hotels in the centre of towns.
It was perfectly situated for me according to my plans for the stay. It was nice to have my breakfast served in my room.
The hotels location is ideal for touring in paris. Very close to the Eiffel tower and a local metro station. Staff are friendly and helpful.
We were able to park right outside - and free during the month of August! The staff were really friendly. The hotel was in a great location - just 5 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower, but in a quiet area. The family apartment was great - two separate rooms/bathrooms within their own apartment.
