We stayed in a business suite, and it was huge. The sleeping and 'living' spaces felt like they were really separate, and not just loosely defined like in some hotel rooms I have seen.
We stayed in a per friendly room, (we had a dog with us) and I feel like there were an awful lot of poorly cleaned stains on the carpet and furniture.
everything is ok
It was very nice, more than we expected
Great, clean, brand-new, comfy beds, fun pool, great breakfast.
We had a 2bed mini suite. The 'living room' part had a fold-out couch, coffee table, other chair & faced the kitchen/office space. It was fantastic. The 'bedroom' portion was a bit tight on space, but really who cared because the living room was grand. As for the beds-- we all wish we'd looked at the brand to replace our own mattresses. No backaches for anyone. The breakfast was awesome, too (hard boiled or scrambled eggs, sausage gravy/biscuits along with all the normal breads) in a nice area. I highly recommend.
I asked for the one in Moses Lake and I was booked into an Amerisuites in Pasco/WA. Being from Canada I trusted the agent that Pasco was close to Moses Lake. Turns out they are totally different locations, when I went to change the reservation it was changed but I was also charged full price for the 1st one because they have a no cancellation policy. This is a shady way to do business and we will NEVER book with Amerisuites again for anything because of this experience. '
I was traveling with two little boys by myself. The staff at this hotel were all wonderful, hepful and friendly. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a great variety as we stayed there 4 days so we had lots of choices of what to eat.
