Room is bigger than average.
Everything.Hotel was bigger than average, but the entrance was like going in a cave. Room was outdated like one star hotel. Towers are hard like rocks. Shower was too old and hard to operate and water drainage was awful slow. Tv channels were worse than a simple antenna, scramble and limited channels to watch. Bed was not comfortable and sheets are average like 1 star hotel. No continental breakfast. Hotel location was off of everything. There is not a shopping or restaurant around. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
The big rooms.
No breakfastThe rooms were very spacious. The heating system was very quiet unlike others that have the heaters at the window. Very quiet rooms.
The nice gentleman at the front desk upgraded us toa suite when he heard it was our anniversary.
The jacuzzi tub in our room did not work - I was all excited to use it.Everything for the most part was great! Though we were woke up at 12:30 a.m. to the boom boom boom of the bass from the nightclub on the main level of the hotel. Our room was comfortable and clean, the restaurant had good food, location is easy to get to and staff was wonderful. I would stay here again.
Lobby was nice, Espresso stand great, very kinds and help women (the only one! ) easy to find, great price
My room smelled really bad (strong musty smell), wet patches on ceiling, issue with Key cards (did not work), pop machines broken, RUDE staff at the front desk !I would not recommend this hotel, if they have not addressed the issues above, especially the odor in the rooms
BIG Room... spacious!A good location for coming new into town last minute unexpected! Would like to come back and visit area later in future... !!
The Receptionist Personel were professional and courteous.
Nothing so much against the Hotel ,as tio my choice I requested , on my Priceline request I clicked on Richland aea NOT Pasco-what happened PRICELINE?Overall if I wanted to stay in Pasco it would have been ideal. Lobby was great except for the lack of Automatic doors... suitcases to drag and no Automatic doors!! I was informed there was no Breakfast for me since I had bought the room from Priceline- Is this normal? Are all Priceline Customers going to be excluded from Breakfast now because we bid for a room? And Hoteliers Arbitrarily choose to exclude us? Why did they emphasize I chose them through Priceline is it second class now to do this? Just some actual experiences for YOUR thoughts at Priceline to consider.
The room was spacious, clean, and near the highway. If it wasn't Saturday night, I might have slept well.
Loud thumping bass music until about 2:30am from the bar. I kept thinking it would end, but it just didn't end. Too tired to ask to change rooms despite the music urging me to 'Jump Around' at 2am, it would be best to ask for a room far away from bar.Loud thumping bass music until about 2:30am from the bar. I kept thinking it would end, but it just didn't end. Too tired to ask to change rooms and move the whole family. Despite the music urging us to 'Jump Around' at 2am, it would be best to ask for a room far away from bar to start with. Otherwise, the room is spacious, beds comfortable, and close to the 182/395 highway. It would have been good had we been able to sleep.
Very large updated room.
You have to walk a distance to the rooms.Loved this hotel. Very friendly staff, beautiful open spaces and large updated room.
Large rooms, relatively clean
Not convenient to anything except college.Hotel charged for taxi they called because their shuttle was busy. I had set it up might before and was assured their shuttle would pick us up from car rental return, taxi showed up and said the hotel was taking care of it. Two days later I have the charges on card. Really.?
The decor was very nice in the room and throughout the hotel. The food at the different restaurants was very good and all the staff was friendly and helpful.
The only thing we were disappointed in, was that we expected to be able to see the local NFL game, but the cable feed was showing a game of a different area. This hotel was very nice and met all of our expectations. We felt very comfortable and pampered. There are several nice amenities, like the weight room, pool, and three very nice restaurants. It definitely added to our vacation experience. The location is also very conveniently located near the airport and highway and nearby towns and attractions. Definitely a nice place to stay and do some touring of wineries.
