They did not have my reservation and I had to get a new rental and spent 1.5 hours doing it. I will not be using kayak again.

We never received the rental because the location did not have the type of car we reserved available. They were waiting for vehicles to be returned, but they could not provide us with a time frame for when one would be ready.

Very smooth in and out. Wonderful people and experience!!! Great car.

The car is a hatchback, but does not have a rear wiper. It made it very dangerous driving when it was outside. Cannot see how the back. Also if Avis is gonna require people to return a rental at 70% charge and they should send it out at 100%. I only got 85% to start.

Only one person was available to help multiple customers. Employee did not go over vehicle prior damages nor vehicle features with the customer. Drop off services were horrible. Employees at customer service phone number were not helpful nor could they answer questions to my problem.
