Pros:The car was in good condition
Cons:Such bad service at reception, they told me that I needed to pay for insurance again after buying insurance on Kayak. Then the car wasn’t filled with fuel as stated on the website. I then also had to pay extra when I brought the car back to SAW airport for the parking
Cons:They ripped me off. Made me pay more than what I did with kayak

Cons:I did not get my booked car, the guy said he doesn't have any available car for me for one day rent, he also started that it is not his problem and it is Kayak problem. During my wait and discussion he supplied other costumers with cars. They put me and my kids in uncomfortable situation. I will no use them again.
Cons:They gave us a bad car their is a problem on the wheels when we call them they refused to come and change they ask us to come for them. No service was provided and they ask us to prepare the wheel of the car they didn't come for us.

Cons:Reservation was made over a month ago; they didn't have it ready, they had no cars, they gave me one they got from God knows who.... No a/c; asked for navegation, didn't provide one; we finally got one and the plugin didn't work so no navigation.... Customer service was the worst, no one spoke English, just awful.
Cons:Even though I made the reservation for Saturday and had a confirmation number, when I went to the counter at the airport I wad told I could not rent a car for less than three days. Terrible experience cost me two hours of frustration until I ended up finding a bus. I tried to get in touch with the company but they have no email and never tweeted.

Cons:Easiness, Finding representative, Finding reserved car in thier system, charging more than agreed, poor car, holding alot of money on my credit car and not releasing it.
Cons:When I came to the counter there weren't similar car to the one I have booked. They offer me smaller car with same price and they start bargaining so I decided to leave them. They weren't helpful nor they were ready.

Cons:We waited in the airport for 3 hours and they did not have any cars. The people were rude and they did not even apologize for not having car which I made reservation for. The blamed everybody except themselves.... I will never book any car rental with payless....
