Pros:Ease of picking up and dropping off car.
Cons:The fact that the agent did not inform me that a $350 hold would be put on my debit/credit card.
Cons:The pick up from the airport took over an hour!! Other companies had come by three times!! Do not rent from this company if you can find a car from thrifty!!
Cons:We arrive with the reservation made for 8PM, but they closed that day at 1PM without notifying anyone, we waited 1 hour for the shuttle untill finally we find out they were closed, we end up having to pay 200 dolars more for a rental on another company that day since everithing was sold out for the long weeken.

Cons:Sat on curb for 25 minutes with no shuttle circulating. Called local office number 4-5 times with no one answering the phone. Then called national 800 number, actually spoke to a human who assured me a shuttle was on the way. After waiting another 10 minutes I walked inside and rented from another company. Not worth the hassle and wasting an hour of your life waiting for their shuttle bus. Will not rent from Payless ever
Pros:No drop few for one way was why I picked Payless - great deal.
Cons:Pickup had a long line in Charlotte at a hote near the airport - it was hot in the small office and it took over 45 minutes to check me in with 2 reps checking in and out and washing cars and answering phones - they were troopers but what a mess.
Pros:Was great that I could pick up at CLT and return at RDU.
Cons:It started at 60 a day, ended at 120 w fees and taxes. Confusion that Payless closes early, but Avis will honor. Took 3 calls to be informed that when flight was delayed.
Pros:Great price, Quick Service, no problems at all. Loved my little car and paid what I was originally quoted.

Cons:The shuttle took 40 minutes for them to come. They would t answer the phones at all. I was not he only one waiting or calling. Once there they had noone there to handle just sitting around. They had one car of each class of car on hand. Had to wait for AVIS to lend them a car. The one they gave me after everything had around 30 dents in it(looked like someone had taken a baseball bat to it). Or it was parked on the green of A par 3 for several weeks. Then when I refused that car they didn't have any others so I had to go to a different class. Took FOREVER to get off the lot. Will never use again nor should anyone else.
Pros:Will demand our money back. Doesn't stay true to their quotes price. Can't combine reservations because theyre snakes.
Cons:Everything will be disputing with bank.
Pros:The car
Cons:Unprofessional action in general, and a 2hr wait altogether. Car smelled like sweat but ran well. I also witnessed the clerk acting really bitchy at a customer over the phone and finally hanging the phone up in their ear and badmouthing them to me afterwards. Awkward to say the least. All in all a very unprofessional operation.
