This is an incredible Holiday Inn. The people were openly friendly and the breakfast served was the best I have ever experienced, Top Notch Room comfort and service.
Great hotel and happy hour on Wednesday.
staff was very friendly and efficient
not within walking distance of very much
I didn't like that I called to see if I could get 2 queen beds. When I checked in they said they didn't have any available even though I was told they would give me 2 queens.
Ease of access and close proximity to nice area in Pekin; cleanliness, quiet, pleasant and helpful staff, excellent room (bed, shower, fast internet, microwave, refrigerator, amenities). . I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. Nice breakfast as well.
Nothing to mention here, and I travel quite a bit.
Very nice hotel, staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome! Bed comfortable and room was very clean.
The walls must be very thin because we could hear people in the hallways and the nearby room. Woke me up during the night,
The staff was incredibly helpful especially with handling the coordination of my lost luggage (airline fault). Ashley at the front deak helped tremendously. My room was spacious and quiet.
The area and roads adjacent to building are very industrial. No sidewalks and fast drivers prevent almost any walking outdoors.
Very newly remodeled, great shape. Loved that the room had lots of seating
The overall hotel and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was the typical hotel serve yourself. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.
We liked the location of this hotel, and the room was very clean and comfortable.
Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast: There were no egg choices, only eggs like an omelet with something unidentifiable inside. Several people in the dining area were talking about it also. Woman at check-in could definitely use better people skills.
Average holiday inn room with the usual perks-breakfast good location- easy to find from interstate.
I've stayed at this hotel for two consecutive years. In 2007, I contacted the hotel ahead of time to request a room with internet access, and was assigned a room which the hotel's own chart showed access 0% of the time! I was moved to an adjacent room which supposedly had 80% access. I must have fallen into the 20%, since access was spotty, at best.\n\nIn each of the 2 years that I stayed there, the desk chair was stuck in the lowest position. I asked that it be repaired, and it wasn't. Last year, I was told that the chair was as high as it would go.\n\nMy 2007 reservation was for 3 nights, but I checked out after 2. I contacted the general manager, but never received a response. After completing a Priority Club on-line survey, I received an apology from Priority Club and some bonus points. When I travel, I need to work, and the lack of basic business tools makes it hard.
