The cleanliness of the hotel was refreshing and the comfort level of the bed and room, the room was very large and the mattress very comfortable. It was a nice surprise considering the age of the hotel.
The only downside was no free breakfast although they did have an affordable $5.95 breakfast buffet option.
Bugs in the room. I mentioned it to the desk when I checked out and she described them to me so they knew they were there
Clean, comfortable and quiet! Family enjoyed the breakfast. Newly remodeled lobby area.
We've stayed here 3X. Can't help but notice the lack of friendliness with the front desk & dining staff-every time. A little hello, goodbye, did you enjoy your stay,...yes, I'd be happy to help you... Instead, I felt like we are bothering them.
Hotel was easy to access off the freeway, the morning breakfast buffet was pretty good for $5.95 and the restaurant staff was very friendly. The pet friendly room was convenient and quiet with direct access outside. Room seemed clean enough.
The front desk staff were not very inviting, and at times literally had to put their book down to greet guests (including me). Pet fee is $15 which I think is excessive (I would understand a refundable pet deposit to cover damage)
Room was extremely cold when I arrived - 40s I'd guess.
The customer service was great. The staff tried to correct cleanliness issues.
The hotel is dated for a 3 star. This is a 2 star that happens to have a mediocre (at best) restaurant. The coffee mugs in our room were upside down and dirty. I put them out for the staff to clean. I found the same mugs, still dirty, flipped upside down.
Tired property, musty smelling hall way.
Our room was noisy.
Breakfast was not included as advertised, the room layout was difficult to maneuver, the shower was outdated and smelled, it was very noisy for a 3 star.
Musty, dated, floor on lower than ground level-
Location, accepting pets, beef was very comfortable, back sliding door to easily let pets go potty.
Our room had a previous guest whose animal scratched up the doors and furniture and there was a pretty distinct urine smell near the bathroom.
Did not like the fact that they up charged us $25 per night for two double beds and $10.00 for a rollaway.
The first room they set us up with was not cleaned at all from the last guests. They moved us to a different room that was cleaned. In general, the lower floor had a slight smell of mold or sewage in the hallways.
Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Onsite restaraunt is a bonus.
Coffee cups were dirty but I expect that in most hotels
Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub
The continental breakfast was advertised as a breakfast Buffett,
The people were nice
The motel is older and showing its age. The room was clean enough but the lobby felt a little neglected
Our room looked like it had been newly remodeled.
The room we were given had toilet paper pieces on the bathroom floor, crumpled kleenex in corner, food particles in the bedroom. Dirty! Called to get new room. Cleaner but floor had not been vacuumed, pizza pieces in chair, balcony had cake crumbs on it
Location to freeway
Site seems to be good at hosting many events that keep the fill rate high, yet they never staff the restaurant to accommodate the guests.
Spacious and comfortable room, easy wi-fi.
Very little convenient dining. The hotel really sprawls and it feels like a long walk to get anyplace inside. Almost spooky quiet - it was way under capacity.
Location and clean.
Seriously outdated. Analog TV (I kept wanting to put my glasses on - but I was already wearing them). Clerk was clueless. Told me I had to pay for breakfast that was included in my reservation.
We liked everything! The staff was helpful. I asked for a room change because I use a cane & stairs or walking are difficult. They moved us immediately. The room was lovely. Everything was clean & neat. They had a very good remodel recently.
They allowed the sprinkler system to run too long & wasted hundreds of gallon of water. The sprinkler heads all sprayed out into the parking lot. We are in a drought, folks!!! This is wasteful! The breakfast potatoes are bad!
The parking with multiple entrances was nice.
The front desk could have been a little more enthusiastic about their job.
Convenient location next to Interstate. Good rate.
Bed was not very comfortable. Rooms need to be updated.
The location near the highway and near to town. Easy to get in and out.
Checking in at 3 pm even the parking lot was hardly one so I doubt it was full.
Love the view and the outdoor pool/spa area. Hotel was clean and restaurant was adequate. We had car trouble and the hotel was kind enough to give us back our room for the day at no charge while we waited on the mechanic. Highly appreciate the staff.
First off the key cards didnt work. Room felt dirty, sink was plugged up.
a little bit dated and old
The gal who checked us in was very friendly and helpful
The room looked and smelled dirty and old... There were chunks broken off the wood trim around the closet door, the front door had black stains from use around the edges, grit all up in the grout of the shower, back of the chair was stained from use ..
extra charges, not the room we needed, old
The location of this hotel is very convenient. Reading other reviews, we knew this was an older hotel but went ahead and booked as we are not picky as long as it is clean. This hotel was clean, but should not be listed as a 3 star.
The hotel gave us a dirty room at check in. The entire hotel is in need of some TLC. Many carpet stains, peeling paint, weedy flowerbeds, etc. This hotel was 'fine' but is not your typical 3 star hotel.
We asked to get a room off the highway side and had to pay an upgrade charge for this. The staff was very unpleasant and unfriendly. We stayed for two night and had to wait for the room to get clean until after 4:00pm, no towels, soap ect. Not again!!
The waitress was friendly at dinner however the waitress at breakfast was rude and there was no food out for the buffett.
Pet urine smell, charged me more for my room, broken faucet, not enough towels, unfriendly staff
The view to the south, when you could see it, was really nice. The room itself was comfortable, though I prefer rooms with two sinks if possible.
No wifi from our room - had to go to hallway to get it. We were in room 322. Went to the lounge to get dinner, and after 40 minutes we had only received our drinks (and no refills even though I drank both glasses of water (my wife's and mine).
Lobby was nice the pool was clean
The coffee pot in the room was dirty and still had coffee in it. I had a towel that we used at the pool that was damp that I put on the floor while I changed my clothes. When I picked up the towel from the floor it was very dirty.
They up charged for 2 beds More than what i could have full price For other 3 star hotels!!!'
The staff including the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and cordial. The public places looked very good in the grounds were kept very well.
We had To request to move from the first room they put us in due to urine smell from animals that was left on the carpets and was totally intolerable. They moved us to another obvious 'Pet' room as there was hair all over th floors, and it also had the
Housekeeping staff were nice
Room was dirty, had to ask for to, placed in room with missing items, waited until 8:30 to get room. Some front desk staff very rude.
Close to the freeway. Beds were comfortable.
Bedroom we were assigned to was not properly stocked, broken glass left on the desk, soap dishes in the sinks, soaps etc were not restocked. When we arrived to the door the bedroom latch lock was propped open. It was not at all what I expected.
Evoked a bygone era, decaying slowly.
Staff were insensitive. I paid for an upgrade explicitly for a view: they put me in the one room all the way at the end of the hotel, which had a mostly obscured view. Also, with a glance they could have seen that we had a toddler and a lot of luggage.
I appreciate that they have the mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in the room.
The hotel is very outdated both interior and exterior.
The dining room staff who served us were Friendly and accommodating.
Pool was closed the entire time in middle of summer- only booked with them because of outdoor pool. . Staff were rude! Told by room service that he couldn't accommodate any requests because they were busy, room not clean on arrival or done the next day
Small room small bed not close to 3 Star
Small one queen size bed
The staff were completely unfriendly and the room needs updating badly.
Room did not accommodate amount of people in our group and would not let us change rooms.
