The staff was very friendly and helpful with things they could control.
The area wasn't exactly the safest feeling place around. The lack of electrical outlets in the room was very disappointing. Had to kill two roaches in the room.As a semi-regular traveler who stays in 'low-budget' hotels, I am used to this caliber of hotel price range. I don't expect much and when I booked this hotel there wasn't a single review of it on Priceline, so I checked out some other places for reviews and they seemed to be solid reviews so I went ahead and booked. When I showed up, the location of the hotel was less than desirable as it was in a very run down, places out of business and abandoned part of town. While there were businesses close by, within two blocks in any direction were plenty of empty buildings and former businesses. While there for several days I routinely saw homeless people walking through the parking lot in the middle of the night. As for ...
The office worker was very helpful in explaining how to get to the beach. And let us know that there was a safer area for young children.
The faucet was hard to use. Restroom was hard to shut.It was a great location. Across from waterbuger, which is where we ate dinner. Walking distance. Very friendly. Great pool.
