This was a shared bath, but didn't see shared bath in the listing.
Beautiful room, well designed and decorated. Excellent breakfast. Lovely sitting/living room, though I didn't have time to take advantage of it. Even very good hotels are usually just another hotel. This was different and memorable.
Lack of oon-site parking
This is a beautiful bed and breakfast in a great section of Philadelphia. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was awesome.
Location and 'feel'. The staff was friendly and the rooms were very interesting.

Rooms are cleaned, staff are hospitable, and there happened to be someone playing really great piano pieces!
Charming facility in a great location. Staff was very friendly.
Nice kitchen, but otherwise few amenities. TV did not work well.
Really lovely staff. They were very helpful and even let us stash our suitcases and use the facilities after we had checked out.
We either hadn't realised or hadn't remembered that we would be sharing a bathroom with another room, so we were disappointed at first. It wasn't a problem though as it was right outside our door, very clean and we didn't bump into anybody else.
The room was very spacious. We had the Chatham room and liked it. The common areas were of the B&B were nicely appointed. Liked the breakfast very much. Great location.
The furniture in the unit was not of the same style as the common areas. It looked like inexpensive pieces without any real style. However, the size of the unit was great and it had a nice kitchen and everything we needed.
The staff was exceptionally kind and provided great information about seeing Philadelphia.
The B&B was an amazing place to be, close to most everything in the city center. The breakfast was wonderful!
