Location is good.
Beds not comfortable at all. Internet didn't work, unacceptable considering there is a extra charge Keep a bottle of water in the room!!
Central location, clean rooms, many hotel amenities, ease of check in and check out, responsive stadd.
Room too small. Was told I would get two Queen beds and larger room and did not receive. Terrible view of construction site.
Clean, quiet, location
No hot tub in the pool area
Our room was very large! Especially for for hotel in the middle of a major city. Very high ceiling and tall windows made for a comfortable stay.
Long walk from lobby to rooms and viva versa. Stairway was very dirty.
Close to Center City, comfortable room and beds, quiet for sleeping in.
ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED WELL. TOILET WAS USED AND NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. PEOPLE NEXT DOOR TOO LOUD, TOO LATE...
The location of the hotel is the definition of ideal. Many modes of public transit are easily accessible.
Just on principle, any hotel should be able to provide free, or, at minimum, reduced fee parking. This hotel has neither. Be ready to fork out another $40/day for parking.
The hotel was right in Center City. Plenty to do within walking distance. Housekeeping was outstanding.
The front desk was woefully understaffed considering the number of people staying in the hotel. They also charge for Wi FI service...$17/day.
Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Great location.
Lobby is loud. Food is expensive, and sub par for the price.
To put it simply, the staff is friendly, beds are amazing (king bed) and it is a great location to explore the city of Philadelphia. Had a great time and would stay here again.
There seem to be many kids running around but it was fine. Could not explore the pool since it was small and filled with children.
Fabulously friendly, helpful staff! Cleanest, most comfortable place I have stayed at yet.
Having to pay for parking.
The staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in early which was great as I had a red eyes flight from he West Coast. They also let me do a late check-out! The room was clean and big.
I was in the head-house tower which was connected to the main hotel by a bridge. The access was a bit of walk from the lobby/ and their escalors were out of service during the entire stay. The first day of my stay, I wanted to order dinner through their room service but the elevators in the main bldg were also down so they could not provide the room service.
I've stayed here several times for conferences. The facilities are well-maintained and comfortable. Staff is very attentive. Location is great; the hotel is located adjacent to a SEPTA stop and close to dozens of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Room was pleasant, and cleaning staff was helpful. Mini-fridge was very helpful. Would certainly stay here again.
The elevators became very crowded at peak times, which was exacerbated by some short-term construction limiting access to an escalator. The price of the room would have been prohibitively expensive had we not booked early. Also, making customers pay for internet (even in the room, even wired internet) seems very greedy.
Room was large and clean.
Had one party staying one night and one staying three nights. They could not keep it straight and kept deactivating key card of three night room. Valet parking took over 20 minutes to retrieve car when they could not find keys. Hotel is attached to Philadelphia convention center. I would only stay there if attending a convention.
Close to the convention center
Parking is OBNOXIOUSLY EXPENSIVE, No free internet in the rooms,.
the hotel location is nice, convinent because convention center is connected to the hotel.
we stayed four nights, first three nights were quite. fourth night, we complained about other guest making to much noise and complained to front desk. Front desk sent security to tell them to quite down. the guest must have found out the we were the ones who complained so they purposely made more noises and in the morning they dumped a whole ice chest of ice in front of our door. we again complained at front desk and the desk clerks attitude was rude and not wanted to do anything about it.
