Pros (+) The front lobby was clean and so was the breakfast area. The front desk person was courteous and very helpful. I forgot my purse in the room. Was checked out over 1 hr. When I discovered it. Called her and she retained it for me. She was an honest person and all was intact. Food was good for continental breakfast and area was clean.
Cons (-) The room reaked of cigarette smoke. We had to spray the room to sleep there. There were cigarette burns in the duvet on the bed. Shower had something that had been glued in the tub previously. Looked bad.
