The pool is unheated and can be accessed by steps and a ladder, making it suitable for family outdoor fun moments.

Creekstone Inn offers free parking services to ensure guests have the best possible experience. The Creekstone Inn building has a two-level parking garage in the basement. There's also another parking lot at the Rivers Landing building. The hotel also offers additional off-site parking services across the street right next to the outdoor pool. All of these parking services are available for free.  However, to improve customer experience, the hotel limits parking to one vehicle per room. Large vehicles like RVs, campers, and trailers are not allowed at the hotel's parking facilities.
