Close to the tower of Pisa in a quiet and old part of town.
Having to wait ages to get the bill.
The hotel was clean, everything was working. The room was a bit small but nicely furnished and the bed was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but not outstanding.
Friendly staff, central locations and free wifi
the juice and coffee at breakfast aren't so good.
We asked for three single beds and that's what we got. The breakfast was plentiful and amazing coffee machine, my kids really enjoyed it - reception had plenty of maps and advice also the night porter was really, really helpful knew where to get the best pizza, quickest taxis etc everyone spoke english when we got stuck and the room was cleaned properly everyday even the towels were all changed and they did fix the toilet noises.
the furnishings were very basic and the beds not very comfortable, toilet made an awful noise for the first couple of nights but this was fixed. All the photos on the site were of the better half of the hotel so not what we were expecting but it wasn't bad.
A wonderfully friendly and helpful gentleman on reception who made us very welcome on our brief stay. The room was clean and adequate, if a little stuffy (it was mid summer). Easy walk to the Leaning Tower etc.
The breakfast was not flash but we were all fed.
In a good location to tour the city of Pisa. Good staff, breakfast was good.
Proximity to the Leaning Tower, the roof terrace, and their recommendation of a good, inexpensive eatery nearby
We would have liked proper fresh coffee at breakfast rather than self-serve from a machine
I ran the Pisa Marathon - and the hotel was in a great spot that was close to the finish and close to the bus pick-up on the morning of the race. The staff there were very friendly and helpful.
smart & welcoming - informal "family run" atmosphere
Very helpful chap at the front desk. Excellent location near the tower and numerous restaurants but in a nice quiet street and overall no real complaints.
The lift was a bit tempremental and the breakfast somewhat limited but this didn't detract from our stay whatsoever.
