Nothing bad to say at all
we've stayed here several times, appreciate the time and effort that was put in to the remodel since our last stay. Last time even with a non-smoking room the space was pretty much saturated with smoke;that has been cleared out.Friendly efficient staff
Extra-large artwork liquid-nailed to the wall instead of using even a single nail to anchor. The glue gave way when my husband flopped on the bed, the bed-sized picture came tumbling down on his head. No injuries, glad the piece was lighter than it looked!
It was a nice place for the money.
The location is very convenient. Has complimentary breakfast.
Only issue we had was we had booked 2 rooms for two nights and after the first night both rooms cards were deactivated and we had to go to front desk to get them reactivated.
Leaving it. Also the shower had good pressure.
The only room they had available was a smoking room. It was dirty the floors had not been vacuumed it smelled awful.
The staff was very friendly
As soon as you walked in the front door there was an overwhelming cigarette smell. The people checking in before me had said something about the smell as well. Also there wasn't barely enough parking. Pretty sure I took the last parking space.
PRICE & LOCATION
Smelled like smoke and rooms were dirty.
The part I liked best about the place was when I left.
The staff was rude, they treated me like a second class citizen because I had gotten my room off of priceline. And when I complained about my treatment they said and I quote 'That is what you get for using Priceline, you get what you paid for!' Seriously?
Everything took over an hour to check in the desk lady didn't know what she was doing. She gave someone else in our party a room that already had luggage in it. People were drinking and playing cards in the lobby. Overall a very bad stay.
A good location in a commercial area. Mexican restaurant on one side, and liquor store on the other, what else do you need?
Bed was comfortable and clean.
Staff was rude and did not have the specs regarding room as listed. Water pressure was terrible and toilet often required two flushings.
the friendly staff and the help they gave us, also we got there early that morning and they let us check in then at 7:00am, we didn't have to wait until 2 or 3pm. We were able to rest before the conference after a long drive. The fresh waffles were great
nothing to complain about
The hotel receptionist named Mandy. She was incredibly nice.
It needs TLC.
Staff was friendly and good security.
No help with luggage.
The young lady that checked me in at 3am was very nice and helpful.
When I first walked in it smelled very stale and like alcohol. The room smelled stale. When I went to check out the next day the young lady was on her phone texting and I stood there for probably a good minute before asking her to check out.
Very inexpensive and close to MoKan Raceway
Hair dryer did not work, desk person surprised they had hair dryers in the rooms.
the bed's were very comfortable
did not like the room location as it was next to the back door and that made a big bang when ppl were coming and going. it was dark and smelt.
weren't any towels in room. They did bring them up right away when I called them
The place really needs to be updated and renovated. Everything about the hotel is outdated (except the waffle maker!). Room should have an air freshener or use better cleaning products to make it seem freshened up. All of that said, it was cheap lodging, it really was just a place to sleep, we didn't hang out in the room all day long.
I booked two rooms for a one night stay. Both rooms were ready when we arrived with zero check in problems. The staff was very helpful and friendly. While this is not a five star hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable. In the main lobby is a breakfast/sitting area. I did not take advantage of the breakfast service, but it appeared there were several breakfast options available. I would definitely try to use this hotel again on a future visit.
A Friend and I booked a room for a convention. Since I am disabled, I asked for a first floor, non-smoking room with refridgerator and microwave. When we arrived for check-in, we found out that the guests had decided to stay another day. We were offered either a smoking room that they had placed an atomizer in on the first floor or a non-smoking on the third floor. We chose the third floor, and then went back out, not returning until midnight. When we arrived, we found out after lugging everything we brought with us up three floors of stairs (no elevator) that the room we were bumped to did not have a refridgerator or microwave. My friend called and talked to the desk clerk, who offered to give us a smoking room with the amenities we asked for, but we turned that down. Then they offered two queen rooms non-smoking, one of which had the refridgerator. Being tired, we turned that down too, and deicided that if my friend could store some perishable food downdstairs, my medicine would still be alright from just missing one night without refridgeration, and so we went to sleep. When we checked out the next morning, we were suprised to find that the manager had reduced the room rate by half. So there was a silver lining in this cloud of a weekend.
The room was ok, the first and second day I was ok with not bedding changed on the 3rd day they didnt even clean the bathtub, cleaning to them was just putting new towels. In addition when I left I called with in 45 mints and told them that I had left a computer chip on the desk and my meds in the refrigator, they check and told me no I hadn't. I then went back there and they let me check the room, nothing was there. I then went out to there trash been and found my medicine in the trash, never found the computer chip. I told and showed the front desk ask them to clean off the soda's, etc and they said they would have a manager call me, never happen.
