We had reserved 2 beds and were given one king . We are a family of 4, so this was difficult . They were unable to switch the rooms. Breakfast at the restaurant was extremely disappointing . Menu was incorrect and portions were too small .

Pros:Great location, nice sized rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really nice spa and gym. The bed was comfortable, and the room had all the amenities I would expect to find in fine lodging.
Cons:Only real complaint was finding a bucket of fried chicken (several days old) in the mini fridge of the room we stayed in....

Pros:Room was spacious and well adorned, view of the stadium and river was beautiful, and the building itself has a sleek elegance that can't be overstated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food at Habitat and Andy's, while expensive, was delicious. We stayed for the first time on Valentine's day and plan on doing the same next year.
Cons:The price is excessive, nearly $400 for one night. While you certainly get what you pay for, I would recommend staying elsewhere unless you can justify this kind of expenditure as it really is a one a year kind of splurge for us. You also have to pay for wi-fi ($15 a day) which is just silly considering the cost to stay.

Pros:Definitely a top-notch hotel. Everything you would expect when staying somewhere at this price point.
Cons:I second the other comment about the nickel and diming. Valet and Wifi should be included in the cost of your stay. Also, I was very unimpressed by the food at the hotel bar, Andy's. I wouldn't have minded the fact it was so overpriced as can be expected at a hotel, but the Angus sliders had no taste. We should have made a quick walk over to Primanti Brothers which is only about 5 minutes away on the square.

Cons:2 things only. 15usd for wifi per day? Too expensive! It should have free wifi. And the parking, 32dls for the day, also very expensive. In others top hotels they dont charge you for that, its complementary, just like wifi. But here, is a rip off
