The parking garage is under repair. We were looking forward to having that convenience. They did provide parking next door and valet service.

Pittsfield is not the most scenic of the Berkshire towns but it's very near -a few minutes drive from- all the towns that you'll probably want to spend time in, like Great Barrington and Stockbridge. There are many motels in the area but the Holiday Inn is so much better than all of them. Rooms are spacious and clean. Space feels safe and beds are super comfortable.

The hotel is old and is in disrepair. The room was spacious but beat up with warped floors that looked like it had been flooded. Our room was too warm but the thermostat wouldn't adjust, and the parking garage was crumbling and unusable so we had to park in a bank parking lot across the street.

Guests have praised the mountain views from the rooms, so consider requesting a room with a mountain view for a more scenic experience.
