Very opulent look to the hotel. Very Clean and amazing people for staff. Very beautiful surroundings with trees, landscape and fountain. I would definitely go back for the experience!
I could not stay longer to enjoy!
location was great
Secluded and quiet
In room fridge had left overs from previous guests. I told front desk and they said they were sorry.
Clean, quite, quest friendly, good breakfast.
Only issue, my gym key did not work at the Conference Center.... Twice
The continental breakfast was the only saving grace with this hotel and the staff was very professional and kind.
location, the amenities advertised were actually at another hotel thatthe Holiday Inn has access too. Was not able to get cell phone coverage.
Clean - warm room was welcomed after being stuck in the rain at a lacrosse tournament
Couldn't find the reservation at first - reservation was for a room with 2 queen beds - got stuck in a room with one King
The appearance was far above what I expected. The color scheme of the building and rooms were very relaxing. Everything seemed to be in place. The attendants were professional and sensitive to my needs.
The phone reception was my only issue. The signal was very weak in that area.
This was a 1 night solo stay for me. The hotel was pretty much empty for a Friday night. It was pretty clean in the room and common areas. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Free breakfast was OK. Only a few people to eat it, though.
What ruined my night was at about 3am when I used the bathroom and found a ROACH about 1 and 1/2 inches long on the bathroom floor!!!!!! I couldn't sleep the rest of the night!! Star rating of 3 is too high for this hotel. Rooms are vacant too long!!
Design quiet location
Extra walking to room
Rooms were clean and a nice size
The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The gentleman in the breakfast area was also extremely nice. The rate I paid was very high for what I received. On Sunday, the girl in the breakfast area wouldn't put food out.
The room was very dusty. It wasn't touched in the 4 nights I stayed there. I eventually took care of it myself. When I checked out at 4:00am, they clerk was absent for a long time. I wrote a note to email me my receipt, but I have yet to receive it.
I absolutely loved the room very clean and spacious
I totally absolutely hated the location it's pitch black at night in the middle of no were
Clean, nice and quiet.
It is in the middle of no where. Dirty pond in the back.
The room was so clean and comfortable. The furnishings were nice and I felt very safe. It was quiet except the A/C unit made a loud noise when it would come on and it woke me up almost every time. Didn't want the hassle of repairman in my room.
The parking and outside front area needed cleaning. It just needed a good pressure wash with soap or bleach maybe. It smelled of trash and also flowers were dead in the pots but yet everything else on the property was blooming and beautiful.
I liked the nice interior, quite atmosphere and surrounding woods.
I am a frequent traveler and likes this hotel. I also like deals from different sites. The guy at the front desk made an unpleasant comment about me always booking through one of the deal sites. I thought to myself 'Did I force you to offer those deals?'
Liked free internet and free breakfast.
Lower floor is like a basement and can make you claustrophobic. You have to walk a long bridge to the other hotel (Crowne Plaza) to use Gym or pool or Restaurant. No room service.
New furnishings, good location.
Got stuck in the area during a snowstorm and needed a microwave to heat up food. The front desk clerk told me that there were no microwaves available for customers to use.
Priceline screwed me over and I didn't get a dog friendly room so I couldn't stay there.
Quiet location and includes a hot breakfast
Not that close to Princeton
No fan in bathroom.
Rooms are newly renovated.
No iron or ironing board in the room. Pool was under renovation but that was not listed when I booked the room. Breakfast was not what I normally expect from a HIE. The signature cinnamon buns were cold and they had run out of coffee.
