Staff, room, breakfast, no charge for pets
Nice staff! Wonderful, comfortable bed!
Bien situé.Silencieux.Bon petit-déjeuner.Bon rapport qualité prix.
Ascenceur bruyante.Petit hall d'entrée.
Clean,pretty quiet.Nice size room.
Nothing much. A refridgerator in the room would have been nice, provided it wouldn't have cost much more.
comfort of the bed
there is not enough places (table) for breakfast
Close to the shopping
Very good value for the price; nice spacious room; nice pool
Breakfast could have been served past 9
Breakfast included and easy to get extra towels and necessities.
The staff was incredibly friendly.
Noise from the parking lot, dog in room next to ours barking throughout the night, and a pervasive smell of cigarettes everywhere in the hotel. Also, breakfast offering was extremely limited.
The room was clean and in good condition. I did not eat breakfast so I do not know if it was good or not. It seemed nice from passing through the lobby.
I would have liked a Kerug coffee maker or a bigger pot instead of the one in the room. And more coffee left in room would have been nice.
Hotel is smoke free but the lobby stink of cigarettes because guests smoke in front if sliding doors. No hot water for showers in the morning. Poor breakfast
Just about everything. Staff was very friendly,
Breakfast was good but but Days Inn is slightly better,
THE LOCATION IS PERFECT.
THE PLACE THAT WE EAT BREAKFAST IS VERY TO SMALL
The rooms were clean. Breakfast was ok, not in a good location because it was near the front door and in the winter time that could get very cold.
overall it was fine.
Easily accessed from Rte 81
The heater was all or nothing! Too hot or not at all! The handle on the toilet was broken. Just needs some updating
the price was too much for the quality of the hotel. we paid --- but it is an hotel of maximum --- per night
The proximity of all the thing, shopping center, grocery store,
The room we got was awful, we were on room 119 next to admission and next to the elevator, everytime the elevator was use we could feel we were in it
The staff and location were the best.
The rugs in our room were filthy and the coffee pot was missing. There was a musty smell throughout the room. The breakfast could use some improvement. The orange juice tasted like yellow water.
Not great for three star. AC not good enough
The breakfast : not a big selection and not good staff.
The linens was dirty , chocolat was in the linens, we discover that when we Left the last day
puanteur dans la chambre pas possible de l'éliminer
The pillow top bed and soft, white sheets and comforter
Our toilet kept making noise every 10 minutes or so. The window had a huge crack in it as if someone tried to get into the room.
free breakfast parking and internet
cleanliness and very few (yet helpful) people available on staff.
I asked for a renovated room and she told me all the rooms were recently renovated. The tub was all black and scratched. There was rust spots all around the toilet. the toilet flush did not work properly and had to keep taking the lid off the toilet.
Heating system not working properly (cold air) and too noisy. Carpet humid and bad smell. Bathroom very dirty (Bath). Hard to find a parking spot.
We loved the pillows
No trash liners in any of the bins and the remote didn't work.
Room wasn't clean. I'vr check-in late in the night, so I didn't bother changing room
Bed was extremely hard. Maid service was below average.
The breakfast seating area was much too small for the size of the hotel. This is an older hotel, and could use some renovations.
Clean comfortable beds
We were horribly disappointed with the pool situation. The entire goal of this getaway was to swim!I had specifically requested an indoor pool, and called to confirm that there was indeed a pool.At check-in I was informed the pool was closed. Very BAD!!
