At check in there was difficulty reconciling the fact that I purchased my stay through Priceline and as a result the receptionist treated me somewhat dubiously. I had to provide way more ID than at any other hotel I've stayed at.It's a hotel. Not great. Not bad.
This hotel served the purpose we were looking for.
Easy access to highway 30. Several restaurants and a Walmart right across the street.
Doesn't seem to have seen any updates since 1995. Old, square tube TV, outdated decor. Beds were hard as a rock.
Room was great, staff was friendly
Price was a bit steep, but i stayed the night on a Saturday following a Notre Dame game football and I'm sure most nearby hotels charge a premium those nights. Ordinarily I'm sure the price would validate the experience.I stayed here after seeing a Notre Dame football game. Almost every hotel around the area had high rates for that day (which I expected because many people travel to the games and there aren't a lot of hotel options around). I was traveling on somewhat of a tight budget but also wanted a decent room, and I ended up thinking this hotel as the best value, even though it was about 25 minutes away from the stadium. With that being said, I probably still overpaid for this hotel, but it definitely met my expectations. My room was great, there was a ton of space, and it came with a hot tub. There isn't a lot of stuff around the immediate area, save for a few places to eat, but it's a safe small-town envi...
It was ok for a 'two star' hotel. On Priceline I requested a 'three star' hotel. Extremely dissatisfied with Priceline. When I called and spoke to customer service they gave me some crap about it being a 'three star' when everything on the site says '2'.
They were renovating the hotel. Furniture and carpet in the hallways, had to maneuver around things to get to the room.It was ok for a two star. Wrong time to be there with the work going on. Noisy early in the morning.
Check in was rude. The best option for the price.
Exceptionally good Super 8 . . . Highly recommend . . . Not clearly visable from Route 30, so watch for the turn to the motel's approach. Breakfast is more than adequate but not extensive.
Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was quiet, clean and spacious with a good WiFi signal.Good value for the money. Key expectations were all met. Friendly staff. Cleanliness. Quiet. Free breakfast with lots of choice and fresh coffee.
Cost; clean and affordable.
Had a difficult time getting into the free wifi.THis is a small hotel that is affordable and clean. The front desk help was delightful. They answered questions and printed out my boarding pass with a smile.
