How much is a Mercedes-Benz car rental in Pompano Beach?

The car I reserved was NOT provided. I reserved a Cadillac. When I arrived, I was offered a choice between a Challenger or a Jeep Wrangler. UNACCEPTABLE. The agent who assisted me was surly. Refused to give me her regional managers contact info. Terrible customer service.

Pros:

Nothing !! The reservation was cancelled at the last possible second by enterprise for not having any vehicles available . Their booking system is the worst and even the employees at the location agree ... wouldn’t it make sense to confirm with the location that the vehicle is there ??

Cons:

Everything !! Worst booking software / system I’ve dealt with .. their is zero communication between the national booking center that your FORCED to use and the physical locations .. none !! Most asinine thing I’ve seen and will no longer use enterprise unless there are just no other options .. sad that a national company can’t do better in the age of technology than this ....

Pros:

Absolutely nothing. Horrible customer service. Not even ONE vehicle was available for us to rent, yet allowed us to make a reservation. Offered no solution when we arrived.

Cons:

Everything. Could have offered an alternative rather than just saying sorry. Didn’t even call us in advance to notify us about the lack of vehicles available before our arrival, therefore their customer service as a whole could have been better. Regardless, I will never rent from enterprise again.

Cons:

I was informed that I had booked an off airport location in Ft. Lauderdale. I emphasized that my confirmation said at airport. They accommodated me with a much higher rate. The cruise control was defective.

The car was new and clean. There was a mistake for the pick up location but when I called Budget they corrected it.

Cons:

The extremely long wait (easily over an hr.)when picking the car up at Port Everglades cruise port in Ft. Lauderdale.

Pros:

Car that I was given at pick up (Ford Focus) needed servicing. By the time we got to Key West (from Pompano Beach), it shook whenever we accelerated from a stop. Not ok! So we swapped cars in Ley West and had a better drive back with a Corolla. I was also quoted a much cheaper rate ($10/day less) than what was actually given to me.

Cons:

Being given a vehicle that needed servicing and paying $10/day more than I was quoted when I booked!

Cons:

I asked about tolls before taking the car. I was told that I would be billed for them after the rental was returned. All good, right? It turns out that there was also a $15 convenience fee for tolls, which was more than all of the actual tolls combined. Had I known, I'd have taken I-95.

Easirent did not post their hours. When we arrived at the airport the only thing we could do was rent from another car company. They closed at 6pm and our plane landed at 6:05. Instructions were unclear and hopefully I am not charged as I will dispute the charges since no services were rendered.

Line was long, I book my car for 12 but by the time i get my car it was 2pm, they never have the car I booked for, I booked a RAV-4 and they gave me a small sedan, they offered me other car that was smells and some some car the key doesn’t work properly.

Nothing was good. I will never use them again, or Kayak for that matter. There was no (obvious) mention of the fact that the facility closes at 6 pm. No other airport rental car facility closes that early. My flight landed at 5:50 and by the time I got off the plane and called for thier (call-to-arrange) shuttle, they had closed and there was no one even answering the phone at 5:59 pm. I had to Uber all over town to dinner, hotel, meetings, lunch and back to the airport. Never had a more worthless rental car experience.

The pick up drop off experience was horrible. Especially when dropping the car back off. The guy had AirPods in on the phone and they didn’t say a single word to me just waved me on. The pickup process they didn’t give my ID back and had to go back for it. Customer experience needs work

getting a ride from airport took half an hour, initial phone contact number didn't pick up, 17 callers wait for call to be answered. At drop off in early morning the office was closed, fortunetly one of the hotel workers saw me and another woman and told us where to park and drove us to airport.There should have been a sign at door directing to Hotel.
