wasnt the room I booked but it didn't affect me much. Overall I had a good stay. I'll stay here again on my next trip.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
When I booked this I did not realize I booked a smoking room. The staff tried to move us but the hotel was full. They gave us room spray to use and was so helpful. Though this was my error, the staff did a fine job of service recovery.
If you are going West is a good place to sleep since you already pass the bridge and is close to HWY 10
It would be nice to place a sign to turn on the street and locate the Hotel
Quality of Hampton Inns
Carpet needed a little more vacuuming
Our room was very clean and staff was very friendly and helpful at check in.
Overall great experience!! Especially for the price. Would recommend this hotel to anyone---even if they have an event over the bridge at the River Center. It's worth saving the money to stay here because it's nice and still convenient.
Felt very safe with the interior entrances. Room was very clean & comfortable. Would stay here again.
