There are 210 condo suites included in the resort. They range from one to two and three bedrooms. All suites have large patios or balconies, and they will have views of the Gulf or of the pool. The suites are well-equipped with full kitchens, in-room laundry, free WiFi, dining areas, and separate bedrooms. The condo suites are designed to make guests feel at home.

Port Royal Ocean Resort & Conference Center features 361 Mobile Kitchen Restaurant that serves a variety of foods that are inspired by Texas and island flavors. The Cabana Bar is right out by the pool and serves up delicious tropical drinks in a swim-up venue. There’s also The Port Royal Strong Food Truck that serves adult beverages, tasty treats, and other kinds of snack food.

There are all kinds of activities to take part in at this resort. It offers Dive-In Movies where everyone can get comfortable at the pool for a movie on the big screen. Pros (+) Several pools and hot tubs - and they were open late. Nice to have towels available at pool - and swim up bar. We had a great balcony with nice furniture. Condo was large and roomy with big kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Nice to have covered parking. All staff that we dealt with were GREAT!
Cons (-) AC extremely loud and never made temp. Felt more like hotel than condo - very impersonal. Uncomfortable sofas - not a fan of rattan furniture. Bright lights from walkway/entrances shine right in bedroom windows. One vehicle that had been parked the whole time had gotten large dent and looked like someone had tried to steal headlight lenses. Would probably stay again if not so pricey.
