Easy access to Rt 1 and very close to Princeton University
The lighting was kind of subdued and dark
Great location, staff friendly.
room hvac system was a little odd- kept making noise at night. room service was spendy but room service is always spendy.
free wif and plentiful parking, updated and well appointed rooms, attentive and professional staff, quality linens and in room fridge
room was not clean. a great deal of hair in bath, floors and bedding. both beds had 'excessive', hair on pillows and in made bed. obviously unclean and uncomfortable. we stripped the beds and slept on a sheet with bath towels.
no restroom anywhere near the check inn desk, breakfast no included and overpriced
People were not friendly, more professional without a genuine interest in people. No plants or flowers, bed was uncomfortable.
Had no heat in my room. The front desk said they would send someone to check but never did. We froze. I called again in the morning and finally someone came and they gave us a new room.
A very good location. Close to Princeton for a nice out at one the restaurants. Everything was nice and clean and a great staff. The in house driver, was especially friendly and very courteous. He remembered to wish my girlfriend a happy b-day.
Nothing. Great job!!
Reserved a double bed and they gave me a king bed instead
great breakfast. quiet room
hard to get to on the way too busy, crazy drivers, highway 1.
Clean, nice, romantic & family friendly atmosphere.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant manager politely checked in with guests to ensure all was well.
Very nice atmosphere. Beautiful public spaces. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff was responsive. Brought me a fridge right away since there was not one in room.
B'fast not included.
Very nice hotel, seemed like a very pleasant place to relax in, if only I had the time.
Nothing major, but one front desk clerk was a bit snooty. The other had a bright smile and was very sweet.
It's brand new. The deco is fantastick.
You have to pay for the wi-fi...The cheapest hotel that I went even the wi-fi was included. The bed was so small and the sheet were not very white.
very nice room; excellent staff courtesy, friendliness and professionalism; very nice breakfast buffet; nice, big pool.
one-hour delay at check-in (due to 3 weddings that night); $10 charge for wi-fi in rooms (should be free in a 3-1/2 star hotel).
The Sunday morning buffet breakfast despite it's limited selection.
The wall insulation is worse than the cheapest Motel 6. At 5 AM I still had not fallen asleep from the blaring TV next door. I was going to check out and refuse to pay. It is be far one of the worst hotel experienced I have had - and I've been an airline
It cost to use internet
That it is secluded and not to crowded
The room was to small, the air condition kept making a bang sound every 15 mins that would terrify my 5 month old son , the room key stopped working every couple of hrs, nd the pool area was to muggy and hot
I had a 3 1/2 star accomadation in which was suppose to include complimentary breakfast, but nothing was included. They even tried to charge me for parking.
the ball room was right by guest rooms and alot of traffic in the hotel during reception prom etc
I got a Newly renovated room with a separate seating area not every room has this.
Took over an hour after I called to get my non working iron replaced I was late for my meeting because of it.
The hotel was in construction, hence it is not appealing in terms appearance. Also, the shower has no hot water.
The hotel is an excellent destination, everything was freshly remodeled and very nice Except?
Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room, it was too hot and the thermostat wouldn't bring down the heat. The HVAC system needs to be upgraded.
Some of the staff were quite non-cooperative when they realized we had booked our rooms through priceline.
Good location. Large room
Renovations were not complete. Room did not have an easy chair, floor lamp or even a full length mirror. Desk chair was minimal and somewhat incomfortable
I know the hotel in is renovation, but they need to deal soon with the issue of the tub backing up used bath water during the night. It is not a pleasant sight to deal with in the morning. Other than that our stay was fine and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.
I went there for a wedding, and the front desk gave me wrong gift bag. Then the A/C in my room was very loud, even I turned down to low. It felt like I am taking a flight, and sitting right next to the flight engine. It's very difficult to sleep. I talked to the front desk, and they said they would fix it, but it turned out to be they told me they had other room available when I was just about to check out. Let alone the card didn't work, and my friend was requested multiple times to give them credit card, because they made mistakes on record. It's a very uncomfortable experience. Not recommended.
Positives include clean, good-sized room, excellent staff, and outstanding food. Only negative is the restaurant is rather pricey.
This is a great hotel for its location and cost. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
First off, I have to praise the level of service and courtesy I received during my stay. Every staff member was helpful, friendly, and accomodating. I arrived early for a business event in the hotel. Front desk was very helpful with securing a cab to take me to a nearby mall (good shopping close by), room service was quick and friendly. And the next day at our on-site meeting we received absolutely stellar service!!!! Only drawbacks are that the food in the restaurant itself was okay. (Though our catered meals the next day were great as was room service so maybe it's because I arrived at lunchtime and this hotel mainly caters to people who are not dining on-site at the restaurant for lunch.) Also, even though it's a non-smoking property, my room absolutely smelled of smoke. Luckily, my window actually opened a crack so that helped. I'm not sure how old this property is/how long it has been a Hyatt. It's still in nice shape, but ever so slightly dated in some ways. However, I saw various signs around that they are updating the property (which is an on-going thing for all hotels I'm sure) so they appear to be working on it. Although I didn't use it, they indoor pool seemed very nice. Meeting rooms are nice.. but they're all pretty small. And the hallway is narrow so lots of noise bleed-through if they have lots of simultaneous events. This hotel is very conveniently located right off the highway, just down the road from Princeton U. and lots of shopping. A very convenient location. This fact and the across-the-board wonderfulness of the staff I encountered made for a pleasant stay. Thank-you!
The Hotel is Fine--Yes, the walls in our room were patched up, but bath was clean and all in order, beds were clean, room was quiet, room service prompt. Pretty Posh.
