I had requested a non-smoking, two queen beds room but instead received a smoking room with a king and a 'pull-out'. Terrible! The smell was bad enough that it made us feel sick to our stomachs. Did contact the front desk and they said they would clean it but it had to be done while we were out of the room and we needed to be gone for at least an hour. Don't think we will be staying there again anythime soon!
Very nice hotel, close to the train station. Could have walk to it but I did not know the area. 7/11 store down the street and a Dunkin Donuts. Elevator needed the room key to work so I felt safe. The only problem I had was the Hotel map of the city was hand drawn print which didn't show little side streets and allies, Which got me confused. I would go again
This hotel's location was excellent, check-in was easy as pie, and the room was clean. The walls were a bit thin with loud kids next door, but they soon settled down. The business center was helpful as we needed to fax something (well equipped with supplies and no charge to fax). The hotel was clean, bathroom was updated and nice, and the layout of the room good. The bed was awful! To us, we are used to some support and this bed felt like you were sleeping on a marshmallow! Actually, I think even a marshmallow would have had more support! The breakfast here was outstanding! Great variety, yummy food, well stocked, and helpful staff! This was worth the high fee to park here ($25 overnight, but in-out privileges as much as you want. Helpful and attentive valets. If it weren't for the squishy beds, we'd stay here again!
Really nice hotel. Disappointed that the parking cost an additional $25.00 per day.
This was a nice, clean hotel, pleasant rooms, courteous staff. Parking fees $25 per night were excessive.
Very nice location and service. Provided a sewing kit on request to sew on a button.
Cute hotel in downtown Providence. In walking distance to Brown University. Yummy free cookies when we arrived!
Very nice and clean hotel. Location is ideal for bussines and pleasure.
1-2 blocks from all the action during River Fire. Staff was very helpful.
I stayed there for a couple of days for Waterfire. Excellent location and the view from my room was great. Front Desk staff was very friendly (Sydney and Eddie were great). I will be back soon!
I couldn't believe the value for a brand new high end hotel. The bedding, breakfast, and breakfast room was terrrific. The penthouse room for guest to view the city skyline and river running thru the city was out of sight. Rooms are large, decorated well and free hi-speed wireless is another nice touch...I'll be back when I visit Brown U again!!
