Cons:
My flight arrived ON TIME, as schedule, but the avis branch at this airport closed two hours before. I had a reservation that included my flight information. When I contacted AVIS's toll-free number, they simply stated that the branch was closed and there was nothing they could do. I was unable to rent from AVIS, ended up with a large taxi fare to the hotel and a subsequent rental at another company.Budget

Car wasn't cleaned - I didn't care about the outside of the car, the roads were a mess because of the snow, so that didn't matter. But, the inside had clearly not been touched (crumbs, and some wrappers). Not horrible or gross, but obviously needed someone to have looked inside!Easirent
