The bed was too soft. Like it was 20 years old and the entire time because my husband is heavier I slept lopsided and as if I was falling into him. Not much sleep.Like previous reviews, they spent money in a nice lobby then didn't spend any money in the lobbies on the other floors, I would not go back to this hotel again. Also we have a do not disturb sign on the door and get woken up by someone asking when they can come clean the room. Too bad for sleeping in.
I was totally disappointed!! When we charged an extra $12 a night to park. :( We don't use priceline very often and this was a poor experience. By the time all was said and done what should have been a deal could have been purchased easily on arrival
The staff was very good and the resteraunt food was very good, the beds were very comfortable.
Yes they put us in a smoking roomIt had a very nice swimming pool, and was very clean
It's great that they deceived potential guests by re-doing the lobby and common spaces. The lobby was nice. That is all.
Our first room, floor 6, was disgusting, dated, smelly, the hall a time warp. i don't know how it shares the same star rating with a hilton double tree next door. This needs to be revised. We stayed at a 2 star the night before, super 8 it was better. It should be stripped of it's 3 star rating. It was a dive. terrible people and work out facilities. Major disappointment.
The friendliness of the staff
Having to pay for parking at the down town location and it was a distance away from many shopping and facilities.Hotel was nice location was away from everything which made it inconvenient but the value was cheaper then any other place in town so all was good in the end. Free internet which was good.
Great location downtown. The lobby and public spaces are impressive
The rooms are a bit dated but are clean and comfortableFor a quick business trip or even a couple wanting to experience downtown Regina, it is a great hotel.
Great entrance, lobby, business centre - impressed when I walked in.
Run-down, outdated feeling upper levels and rooms.
We had to pay for raking and because we had a trailer we had to pay twice. $24.00 to just park over night. (late arrival and early departure) So much for a reasonable price to stay for the night. And the hotel was under partial renovations
