Location was close to the express way
TV picture was very poor
The rooms are always clean and the breakfast and workout rooms ate a good bonus.
Liz -- the maître d'hôtel.
a little far from the event I went to enjoy, but that's not Holiday Inn Express' fault.
Close to interstate and very clean
Hotel was confortable and clean. Close to main highway., however, very quite.
Easy access to Highway. Clean room and nice staff. Breakfast was average, but free. Convienant to local tourist attractions Grove Winery & Chinqua Penn. Local dining options are very limited, but easy to get to downtown Greensboro.
Went for continuing ed class at nearby community college. Parked easily, checked in easily. slept easily. Good breakfast and out the door.
Bed was very comfortable. Free breakfast should have more of a variety of fresh fruit. Available food tended to be on the high sodium side, but coffee was good. We hit 90 degree weather while there & we would have loved to use the pool. Pool was in yucky state and in process of being clean.
The location was great; it's very close to Chinquapenn Plantation where we toured, but it's very average overall. The staff were ok, but didn't necessarily go out of their way. The pool was closed at our visit. I wouldn't go out of my way to make sure I stay here again, but wouldn't mind it if nothing else was available. Very so-so.
both reviews sound like thay are from hotel its self???????????????
My husband and I are travel agents. This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel for the many years we've been visiting for family reunions because the hotel was usually completely booked in prior years. The rooms are very clean and spacious with some having jaccuzi's. The hotel has a nice sized pool and exercise room. Their delicious Continental breakfast includes hard-boiled eggs, juices, hot & cold cereals, milk, danishes, cinnamon rolls, french toast and bagels. From here on out, this will be the only hotel in which we will be staying.
I keep returning - clean, spacious, modern, and extremely friendly service. Not much around it though.
