Cons:We got in late at night. We checked in and went to our room. When I opened the door, the safety latch got caught on the door and locked us out. I went back downstairs and told the attendant. She came up with a tool and tried to unlatch it. It wasn't working and I tried to get it open, but was unsuccessful. Finally, she was able to get it open. When we looked at the safety latch, most of the screws were loose on the device and that it why it failed when trying to open the door. There was also a cover on the bathroom door knob that was just hanging on the door knob. There were other basic things in the room that could be easily repaired but were not. The employees did their best with what they have to work with. The company should be embarrassed with this property.
Pros:Super nice lady checked me in and sheets were so soft.
Cons:Sink was missing a stopper.
Pros:It meet my expectations, I knew it wasn’t a luxury hotel. It nice to have breakfast at the hotel before leaving for the day. One less thing to worry about. The staff was nice.
Cons:My only complaint was the towels were old and stiff. Not soft at all.
Pros:The staff was friendly and responsive.
Cons:The bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was lacking. We made it down to eat by 7:30. A large group had already finished up and most of the food was gone. There didn't seem to be any attempt made to restock for everyone else who would need to eat in the next hour and a half.
Pros:I loved this place. Super clean, nice shower heads, many tv channels and the staff is very friendly.
Cons:Didn't like that I had to leave this Great place
Pros:The pool was great! My grandchildren came to visit & we had a good afternoon swimming.
Cons:It was fine, but the bed was soft. The price was excellent for what we got.

Cons:The staff was pleasant to work with but incompetent. The knob in the shower had a screw coming lose. I had to try and tighten it with my fingernail in order to turn the water hot or cold (wasn't that effective). The breakfast was sparse and bland. Some fruit, yogurt, and cold cereal. On top of all this, I was charged twice on my card for the one night stay. This isn't a horrible place to overnight, but the little details were overlooked, and the establishment seemed lethargic and apathetic for their work.
