I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff.
Despite having my window closed the traffic noise was quite prominent
A pleasant hotel located on a seafront drive on the edge of the Helensburgh area, a short cab ride or longish walk from the middle of Helensburgh, and thus with reasonable connections to either the Highlands in one direction or central Glasgow in the other direction.
ideal location for us for the area that we needed to be close to.Good views.
Decor needs attention.A coat of paint outside would work wonders!.
Need decoration- two broken lights- tired- to charge 50 for such a worn out room - your cheats!
I think it is going to be refurbished-
I cannot think of anything I liked about this "Hotel".I would not stay there again.
The menu selection for lunch
This particular hotel is in need of refurbishment, it is very old fashioned. With a good refurbishment then it would a good little hotel.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant
Decor was quite poor, wardrobe door handle missing and bedlamp did'nt work
The delicious breakfasts
The rooms could do with being re-decorated
Friendliness of staff. Location was idyllic. Good food.
No hairdrier in bedroom.
