The price and the kitchenete
Tiny bathroom, small uncomfortable beds
I Reserved A Room With 2 Dbl Beds ,And None Were Available. The Hotel MDe Good By Giving Us 2 Rooms For TheSamePrice
Friendly staff. Good location from downtown Richmond. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Coffee, toiletries, internet, and cooking equipment in room.
The staff was really nice and helpful.
Unruly quests which the hotel has no control over, but they did take care of it in a timely manner. In a good central location. Easy to get where ever you need to go. Very clean and the grounds we're tidy.
Hotel was clean and quite.
The bed was noisy when you sat down or moved very odd. This extended stay had utensils. Clean bedding, bathroom. Parking was good.
Mold like spots in that room being I stayed there earlier that week. Other room was in better shape.
location, staff, price
fridge didn't work , a bit noisy (other rooms) at night.Rooms were pretty clean, much better than expected with one star. Really not much to complain about, staff was helpful & kind. I had two rooms, in one, the fridge didn't work, in the other one of the burners on stove didn't work. Other than that, it was just fine as far as hotel is concerned. I guess they can't help it too much if a guest (obviously long term) was a bit loud and gave me a bit of a scare. Ended up harmless but just like a good drink or two or three. Generally with one star rooms, I bring my own cleaners in with me but this one was well cleaned and even the rug was not stained or gross to walk on barefoot.
The fact that I was a visitor from out of state I was made to feel as if I was a local resident of beautiful Richman VA. I truly loved it and the entire staff.
No there wasn't.As I have stated everything was more than what I expected. In a word-GREAT...
It took me 9 hours to drive to an Extended Stay Hotel that has elevators, and experienced the old 'bait and switch' - I was sent across the street to their 'sister' MOTEL!!!
I was supposed to stay in a hotel, and was sent to a MOTEL!!! No elevator, and the motel didn't have a pool, and the HOTEL across the street did - very sneaky!!The extended stay HOTEL pulled the old 'bait and switch' routine when I arrived after 9 hours of driving, just to get aggravated, and squish into one queen size bed and 3 guests. This 'MOTEL' was not accommodating. I was disappointed in this stay. I guess you get what you pay for!!
The 'free breakfast' is nothing more than oatmeal packets, coffee, granola bars, and old fruit.I would not stay here again unless I was desperate or broke.
