My compliments to the receptionist, they were courteous, kind, and well presented. The rooms were clean. I would sugget this hotel even if I have some complains because it is a good one and worth it anyway.
Two things to complain were the day when we arrived, at once we had our check-in and took a rest/nap for a while but suddenly a man (Matteo), opened the door without knocking. It was really embarassing and I was so angry with this manner. Another thing was our second day returning back my room about 3.30 in the afternoon, tired after having a long walk and long day in the beach, I directly took a bath and found out there were no towels so I called the attention from the reception. But in any case this is not really a very bad feedback, we're all human sometimes we made mistakes and from these mistakes we learned from it. I hope that these thing will be a lesson for their staff.
