The service is really poor., the rooms extremely dated, I would not recommend to anyone and or return.
Location on new YEAR's eve
The standard of the room was unacceptable... But the hotel are under restoration and renewing... Which means that our room might be comfortable in the future.
Close to the beach
Very worn out hotel, unprofessional staff (it took 1 hr to check in), rooms were old, looks more like a 1 star hotel/motel than a 5 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A true tourist trap!!!!
everything but the food, specially location
The food at the hotel, room service not very good
the stunning view of copacabana beach from the room, the cleansiness, the room furniture, services in the hotel
swimming pool, breakfast room looks a bit like a canteen rahter than a four star hotel food hall, but food quality and variety is good
Copacabana is not the best place to stay in Rio, but apart from that, the hotel was a good choice
Very long lines at times for check-in and information.
