IT WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF WAS VERY FREINDLY(THE 2ND FLOOR BARTENDER WAS SPECIALLY NICE) AND WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO GET TO(WE WENT TO THE MUSIC CIRCUS IN COHASSET). WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN WE GO TO ANOTHER CONCERT.
Kind, courteous staff. Extremely clean. Cheerily accomodated last minute request for handicap accessible room & when we requested mini-fridge nicest man brought one up in minutes. We travel to this area weekly & this was one of our top hotel experiences!
It was clean and the staff were friendly.
It was further away from our relatives house than we expected.
My lady tripped and fell on the dark a non lit sdewalk in front of the hotel with a 2 inch heave in it. Next day saw painted yellow on heave but you can't see it in the dark.
The staff was great.
This hotel is ridiculously expensive. For $--- a night, the experience should have been better.
Reception in lobby area made difficult to even find registration desk
It is a place to lay your head.
A little out of the way.
Very nice hotel.
To far away from where I needed to be.
The room was amazing, clean, spacious and comfortable! Although the pool was closed (outdoor) I asked if they had special offers with others in the area that have indoor pools. No such luck.
We were disappointed that breakfast wasn't included, not even continental and it wasn't even that good. The restaurant/bar must not get a lot of traffic because it almost seemed closed to the point that the bar had not bottles or glasses displayed.
It was close to my son's home.
I was not able to cancel one night of my reservation and get my money back. I will not be booking again through priceline because of this.
Hotel room was very nice (clean), and the staff was friendly
Location was not ideal for our destination - was 30+ minutes from where we needed to be.
Bed was very comfortable!
Only way to get ventilation was by using the air conditioner, which was very noisy. No mini fridge or microwave. Hair dryer cut out mid way through blow drying my hair! Location of hotel is far from Boston (30+ minutes).
Hotel manager fulfilled all request
One of our room keys did not work
Super comfortable bed and pillows.
No mini-fridge. Air conditioning unit loud and had no temperature setting (just a hot-to-warm dial). Dirty serving trays left out in hallway a couple days. Room smelled slightly of cigarettes.
Clean, safe, lots of parking, lots of light in room!
The room was so spacious, practical and modern! I can't remember having a more pleasant room, and I stay at some of the nicer hotel chains. Whoever designed the space and decorated the rooms did a terrific job.
The approach to the hotel was a little odd and not well-marked, but nothing that a new or better-positioned sign wouldn't fix.
bed was great
front desk poorly manned...1 CLERK at 5pm on a Friday...despite his constant requests for help none came...took 1/2 hr to check in with only 1 person ahead of me
Bathroom was HUGE
Nothing was bad at all.
I travel a fair amount for work so I've seen quite a few hotel rooms over the last few years. This one surprised me in a bad way. I'm not picky about hotels, but expect things to function in my room. Here's what I found frustrating: 1. The heat was either fully on (ie the room was 100+ degrees) or totally off (ie the room was freezing). There was no way to get just a little bit warmer. You could only pick super hot or super cold. Annoying. 2. The stopper in the tub didn't hold the water in. I wanted to take a bath and couldn't because the tub just kept draining, no matter what I did. 3. The hairdryer lasted for about three minutes and then died (both mornings). 4. The walls were very, very thin so I could hear everything going on in my neighbor's room. 5. This may seem picky, but the signage was awful inside the hotel. I got lost three times in two days just trying to go from the parking lot to the elevator to my room. 6. The frost desk staff seemed slightly annoyed and defensive both times I interacted with them. They did not have a helpful, can-do attitude at all. I will probably not go back. The hotel seemed expensive for such a low-quality experience.
On top of this hotel fulfilling every travelers need---- comfort cleanliness, kindness, and location, location, location. It is centrally located for an abundance of day trips. We will be staying here annually for many years to come. They had us at hello.
