Clean and modern, easy to get to from 95
bed needed replacing - lumpy and hard in places - difficult to get comfortable
The staff was very professional. The location was extremely clean
Our room was a handicapped room was the only thing that I did not like
Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Noise levels is very poor. Could here people walking and several dogs barking, more than once. NO breakfast. other Hotel brands offer something, but nothing by Candlewood Suits.
The kitchenette was excellent.
Overall happy with the experience of staying overnight in this hotel.
Our room was nicely appointed. Two problems: the elevator bell was so loud that it woke me up early when people started leaving, despite the fact that we had gotten in late. Our room was about 2 rooms away from the elevator. Also, the heating system was awful. We set it for 67, as it was warm in the room. It didn't maintain that temperature, but went up and down all night, coming on with a loud noise. Between these two problems, not a restful night. The staff was very nice.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The hotel is emaculate! It is brand new. When I signed the receipt for my room, I noticed that I had been charged less than the price that was quoted online. If I had any complaint it would be that the hotel doesn't provide a continental breakfast. I think this is because all the rooms are equipped with complete kitchens.
