Pros:The beds are very comfortable which allowed me to fall asleep easily. Staff were polite and friendly which is always hard to find these days. There's a resturant on site and warm cookies on arrival which was nice.
Cons:The bathroom needed updating and additional cleaning. Found hair all over the sink, floor, and on the toilet cover. The toilet cover seemed to have been a replacement but for a different model. Toilet bowl wasn't clean. Saw a roach peacefully strolling through the bathroom floor. Room walls are very thin and I literally heard every bathroom flush, footsteps above me, someone either filling their nails or fixing something. Fridge was singing all night and the AC backed it. Rooms definitely needs updating in my honest opinion. Overall, It didn't feel like the DoubleTree I expected and paid so much for.
Pros:Rooms were quiet, fitness center was nice. As gold member I received a Boucher for breakfast at the Texas stakehouse. Continental breakfast was ok.

Cons:I made reservations for the first time ever through your site! When I reached the hotel, they had no rooms and no reservation. I have deleted my app and will not use Kayak again. It was raining hard and I had to drive an extra 45 miles to find a room!!
