We arrived at a very busy time but every member of the staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The vehicle reserved for us was a little too small because our sons are 6’7 and 6’5 but the attendant didn’t even blink an eye. She said give me a sec and she found us a Ford Expedition which was perfect leg room for our giants ;). We weren’t the only ones who had special requests but through it all were so impressed with how the staff remained calm and were quick to come up with solutions. We would definitely rent from this location again!

First and foremost when I arrived there, they did not have the car that I reserved and instead of try to accommodate me, they tried to give me a minivan. It was for my son’s eighth grade ball. I reserved a Tesla or something similar but a minivan to accommodate me. No no apology was given or anything I never reserve or rent from them again.

Just be aware of the debit card policy, holding $500 on a rental price of $215 was a bit of a shock.

Double charged for two cars and only picked up one. Manager at Round Rock location said we can only work through Priceline.

Pros:

Super convenient location for drop off - going all the way to the airport would have been a huge hassle for me. Even better, when the main Avis office had failed to update my paperwork so that the 24-hour rental was approved, the local owner/staff waived the late fee and made it work. These personal touches bring customers back!

I liked not having to worry about checking the car over for dinges and scratches. I got the keys and drove off. The same for the return. In and Out was a breeze.

The credit card policy is bullshit

Pros:

Friendly staff, able to answer questions

Cons:

Cleaning was lack luster. Saw stains on high touch surface areas that would’ve been wiped away if the cleaning had been done properly. I know because I was able to remove them with a wet wipe

as a negative, there was a delay when we were picking up the car, because the staff on duty was insufficient to handle the influx of new renters at that peak time of the day as a negative, i did not know i needed to have details of my personal auto insurance rental policy, in order to decline their insurance - since i was unprepared in that way, i had to pick up the extra insurance, and that greatly increased the effective insurance as a positive, i had a scratch appear on the car (i am not sure how or when) and a small dent in the body (front cornerpanel near hood), and they told me it was considered minor, and there would be not charge or insurance claim - they could have played "hardball" and charged me for it, but they showed moderation and good faith

First, they are NOT located at Tampa airport. I was waiting 45 minutes for their shuttle with 6 other people. When we got they they literally had NO cars at all! NOT A SINGLE CAR AT ALL!! I cancelled and I'm currently seeking a refund. I ended up getting a rental from Enterprise, located WITHIN Tampa airport. It was quick and easy and professional. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR THROUGH KAYAK, PRICELINE, OR EASIRENT!!!

Nice people and car, but not very businesslike. Would have liked a printed receipt before I left. I still don't have a receipt >24 hours later, even via email, I turned the keys in to the man on duty at 4:30 yesterday and someone called me today to ask where the keys were.
