I ordered car on kayak from Charleston WV Airport. When I got there, they told me I was supposed to be downtown. How would I know the address s for a different location? I'm from NY. My rental went from 150 to $220 because no small cars were available at the airport. I feel I should get $70 refund. Plus, gas was way more expensive for large SUV6.0 Okay

Promises from the car representative. Promised a drop off at the end of the trip which did not happen. Stated that the insurance would be for 2 rental days, but charged for 3. It was unacceptable practice.2.0 Poor

Everything was satisfactory.Cons:
The signage directing you were to return your call could've been better. You just park your car wherever you want, make note of the mileage and fuel. And take an elevator or stairs to the first floor and return your keys. There is nobody around.6.4 Okay
