We found roaches on the bed. TV did not work. No internet. Shower had no pressure. I tried calling the front desk and no one answered. I called another number and they tried calling the hotel direct and no one answered. They told me to go to the front desk in the morning. I did. I approached the woman at the front desk and she told me someone is at the desk 24/7. I told her no one answered the phone. She did not respond to that. When I told her my other complaints she said, “what do you expect from a 2 star hotel.” “If you want any type of a refund call the manager Monday, I cannot do anything for you.” I was so stunned by her response. I will never stay in a Wyndham hotel again. I don’t care how inexpensive it is.

Pros:Gina, one of the employees at the front desk who tried to make things right. Of course, that is an impossible task for anyone.
Cons:Rooms smelling like an industrial ashtray. People yelling, runing and shouting till 3.30AM. Drunk people on the stairs and the pool. Kids smoking bongs in a room next to the pool with the door open while I walked by with my 3 Y.O. daughter. Maybe it's a place to get wasted during spring brake but definitely IT IS NOT A FAMILY HOTEL. DIRTY, SMELLY, NOISY, UNSAFE.

Cons:Breakfast had flys and was almost gone. Room was so hot. It was 32 degrees out and I was sweating. Turned the ac on and it kept turning off. Horrible night sleep. Better than it being to cold I suppose because they don't give you a blanket. Just a sheet. Wtf lol

Pros:There is not a single thought that I could convey into anything resembling something I liked about this terrible hotel.
Cons:The punk at the front desk thinks he's Ricky Martin. Hotel is under major construction and I wasn't made aware. The rooms are gross with mismatched equipment. Tv is garbage. Ac just blows stale air. The idiot at the desk made me feel guilty for CHECKING IN because his shift Ernst ends at 3, which is check in time !! I also felt very unsafe as I was stuck in the corner near many vacant rooms. Also their was no WiFi unless I was in lobby. Why Is this hotel on kayak?
