Convenient and clean.
no, just not the caliber we are used to.
Newly renovated room
Thin walls - noise and you can feel the vibration of footsteps from the floor above.
Easy to find location. Extended basic and wi-fi. Clean.
They put me in a room that looked like it was attached to the back of the motel. It was not within the 'hallway' rooms. Being a single woman, I did not feel as secure as I would have liked to.
Clean, convenient, close to restaurants.
Noisy HVAC unit, pillows too soft, small breakfast area with big queue for waffle maker.
The location was just fine, it's right off the expresssway, and food services were nearby..
Tthere was a problem with the toilet which I brought to their atrtention.
We wanted a non-smoking room. They were not informed of that. We did get the last one they had.
The lady at the desk when we checked in was very nice.
The room was almost ----a Super 8! It was a 2.5 star. We thought for that price it would be a very nice room, because we have paid less for Hamptons, Hyatt's, Mariotts and more. Not the case. It was pretty bad. Breakfast was not good. A --- room!!
Its convenience and cleanliness
Nothing! Absolute nightmare
They gave me a fold out bed. There was an inch of dust behind the bed. The cable was not working. It was one of those experience s I will never forget in Salem, IL.
It was filthy- I got a smoking room that had the foulest odor I have ever smelled - asked for another room and was told they didn't have anything but smoking rooms available. Which if I hadn't already paid via Priceline - I would have demanded a refund.
Great value-carpet could use a shampoo-good breakfast
non smoking run promised due to alergies and smoke smell was very high
This place is a dump.
No outdoor pool
Public area carpet was soiled pretty badly.
it had clean room and helpful staff.
For the price that we paid each night, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We needed to stay in the area of this hotel and there aren't any hotels with more than 2 stars--not our usual choice. The breakfast supplied was very nice and the front desk was exceptionally friendly.
The staff could serve as trainers for friendliness and customer service. We will stay there every time we pass through Salem.
Just wanted a King Sized Bed that was non-smoking. It was a room with a Kitchen and a bed in the loft. Very niced sized. I don't know why the hotel stores tables and chairs in the room. It also was a bit noisy as that room in only accessible through the vestibule, so it hears all the traffic and gets lots of people trying to open the door thinking it leads to rooms.
This hotel was good value for an over night stay. Room was clean and staff was freindly. For an exit motel this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was only ok but what do you expect for less than $*
The bed was unsupportive, the walls so thin conversations in other rooms were easily heard, and breakfast was stale. But the staff was friendly and professional.
