The hotel is situated in a good location near downtown attractions. The staff was very good and accommodating. Free parking is a bonus, since most hotels charge like 20-25 dollars a night. The hotel gym was also very nice and had plenty of equipment.
I was giving a a room facing the street, The rooms facing the street have a balcony and a sliding door. The glass on this door is very thin and you get a lot of street noise coming in the room.I would definitely stay here again, except that I would stay in a room facing the court yard. I was placed in a Handicap accessible room, and I believe this is because my reservation was through Priceline. The lobby was nice, it was renovated in the last couple of years. There is a Starbucks in the Lobby which is a bonus, and they also have a nice bar & restaurant in the Lobby. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi every night after skiing. Also, Ski Utah, which is like the chamber of commerce for skiing has their ...
Starbucks in lobby
Horrible staff, especially at check in.Hotel is very outdated and run down. The outside areas are not well kept either. Nothing was appealing at all.
Friendly staff, close to everything downtown, good public spaces. I like the gym downstairs.
Food on-site leaves a lot to be desired. Parking near the front entrance is very limited so you need to park in the way back. There are doors in the back with no card readers so they are locked mostly. Sucks when it's raining, snowing, cold wind.
So much space. The lobby is big and has a grand fireplace, numerous sitting areas. Indoor and outdoor spaces were very well kept.
Close to the Homeless shelters and pioneer park area so a lot of people asking for money as you walk around.
Very close to downtown.
No complimentary breakfast, which even a 1 star often has. Not many available plug ins so I always had to rotate electronics or unplug lamps. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work.
Great Facility. Great Locations. Great Staff.

The fire pit and the pillows
small rooms, balcony door did not open very well at allthe pool area walk area was nice, I think it should have been cheaper
The location and friendly staff.
Room was small and on the end of the hallway next to the ice machine so it was noisy. Bathroom vent fan wouldn't work so it had a musty smell. No fridge or microwave. In my opinion this should not be considered 4 star. I have stayed at the Best Western that is in the area which is considered a 2 1/2 star and truthfully it was better than this place.Parking is free but you are either on the far side or in the back of the hotel with only the front doors as access. Not impressed with this hotel at all and I will probably not stay there again. Truthfully I probably won't use priceline again.
Lots of space in the room.
Lack of an elevator in the part of the building we were in.
